Providing and installing Pedestal Storage with the following specification. The Pedestal shall contain 2 Box Drawer and 1 File Drawer. The carcass shall be laminated hardwood 17mm MDF(Exterior Quality) of approved colour. The shutters shall be made of laminated hardwood 17mm MDF of approved finish and make laminated with approved wooden finish laminate on the exterior side and matching colour laminate on the interior side and back panel with 6mm MDF. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thick PVC Lipping and hidden phases with 0.80 mm thick PVC Lipping. The laminates shall be installed using hot pressed machine in a factory. All hardware shall be of approved make. The drawer unit shall be provided with central locking system, where in all the drawers are locked with one key. Handles of approved make and design shall be provided. The pedestal shall be floor mounted with a spacing of min 100mm from the finished floor level. The pedestal shall be provided with four numbers Stainless steel 304 grade legs floor mounted on PVC bush minimum 25 mm thick. The drawer box shall be fitted with roller slide of approved make for free movement. The units shall be assembled by knock down fittings such as Minifix. Contractor shall submit and take approval shop drawing before fabrication. Pedestal Drawer Unit:- 400mmx470mmx650mm.

Floor mounted Storage: Providing and installing Floor Mounted Storage with the following specification. The storage shall be of dimension 800mm to 900mmx 425mmx 900mm. The storage box shall have supporting vertical walls with a spacing of 800mm to 900mm as per design. The carcass shall be laminated hardwood 17mm MDF (Exterior Quality) of approved make and colour wall mounted using anchor screws with 9 mm thick MDF board back panelling. The shutters(400mm to 450mm wide as per site conditions) shall be made of 18mm thick laminated PVC Polyester resin in an extruded polymer profile of approved finish and make. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thick PVC Lipping and hidden phases with 0.80 mm thick PVC Lipping. The laminates shall be installed using hot pressed machine in a factory. The shutters shall be fitted with stainless steel self and soft closing hinges. All shutters shall be provided with handles of approved make and design. All hardware shall be of approved make. The cupboard shall be wall mounted with a spacing of min 100mm from the finished floor level. The Cupboard shall be supported with Exterior grade SS (304) Tubular section of diameter 40mm 16 swg thick with 600mm c/c with a PVC bush below. The units shall be assembled by knock down fittings such as Minifix. Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawing with all details and specification before fabrication. Area of shutters shall be taken for measurements and payments.

Over Head Storage:- Providing and installing Overhead Storage with the following specification. The storage space shall be of dimension 800mm to 900x350mmx600mm. The carcass shall be laminated hardwood 17mm MDF of approved make and colour, wall mounted using anchor screws with 6mm thick MDF back panelling. The shutters(400mm to 450mm wide as per site conditions) shall be made of laminated hardwood 17mm MDF in an extruded polymer profile of approved finish and make. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thick PVC Lipping and hidden phases with 0.80 mm thick PVC Lipping. The laminates shall be installed using hot pressed machine in a factory. The shutters shall be fitted with stainless steel self and soft closing hinges. All hardware shall be of approved make.All shutters shall be provided with handles of approved make and design. The units shall be assembled by knock down fittings such as Minifix. Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawing before fabrication.

Linear work station:- Providing and installing tables made out of laminated hardwood 17mm MDF(Exterior Quality) mounted on Mild steel powder coated frame as per the following specifications.The table top shall be made of laminated hardwood 17mm MDF (Exterior Quality)of approved colour and shade. The laminated hardwood 17mm MDF shall be hot pressed machine laminated with PVC Edge banding of 2mm thick on both sides. Table top should be supported with legs made of 40x40mmx2mm thick Square Mild Steel tubes powder coated with top subframe made out of 40mmx40mmx2mm thick Square Mild Steel tubes cross braced top and bottom, powdercoat finished with minimum of 60 microns thickness of approved Colour. The legs shall be cross braced adequately. The table should be provided with a cable manager of dia 60mm. The Mild Steel legs shall be floor mounted with PVC bush minimum 25 mm thick.The table should be provided with a keyboard tray. Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawing with all details and specification before fabrication. Linear Work Station 600(wide) X 740 (h) - Double sided .

The table top shall be made up of 18mm thick PVC Polyester resin in an extruded polymer profile (Multiwood or equivalent) of approved colour with 8mm thick toughened glass top with bevelled edge. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thick PVC edge banding on both sides. Table top shall be mounted on 50mmx50mmx2mm thick MS tube frame supported with legs made of 50x50x2mm thick Square MS tubes powder coated with Tie member made out of 40mmx80mmx2mm thick rectangular powdercoat finished with minimum of 60 microns thickness finished of approved colour. Table Dining:- 1800mm X 750mm X 740mm. Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawing with all details and specification before fabrication

Electrical DB Cupboard:- Providing and installing Storage for concealing electrical Distribution Box as per detailed dwg. The storage space shall be of height 2700mm. The carcass shall be 18mm thk PVC Polyester resin in an extruded polymer profile (Multiwood) of approved colour wall mounted using anchor screws with 6mm thk back panelling and supporting vertical walls with a spacing of 800mm to 900mm as per drawing. The shutters shall be made of 16mm thk MDF laminated with approved wooden finish laminate on the exterior side and matching colour laminate on the interior side. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thk PVC Lipping and hidden phases with 0.80 mm thick PVC Lipping.. The laminates shall be installed using hot pressed machine in a factory. The shutters shall be fitted with stainless steel self and soft closing hinges of approved make. All hardware shall be of approved make. Storage space Under RCC Slab :- Providing and installing under slab storage space with the following specification. The storage space shall be of Height 750mm. The storage shall have supporting vertical walls made out of laminated hardwood 17mm MDF of approved make and colour with a spacing as per site condition. The shutters shall be made of 18mm thick PVC Polyester resin in an extruded polymer profile (Multiwood or equivalent) of approved colour 450mm wide as per design. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thk PVC Lipping and hidden phases with 0.80 mm thick PVC Lipping. The laminates shall be installed using hot pressed machine in a factory. The shutters shall be fitted with stainless steel self and soft closing hinges of approved make. All hardware shall be of approved make. The cupboard shall have a spacing of min 100mm from the Finished floor level. Floor Mounted Corner Storage Unit: Providing and installing corner storage unit of height 900mm with the following specifications. The carcass shall be laminated hardwood 17mm MDF(Exterior Grade) of approved colour. The storage shall be an open space without shutters. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thick PVC Lipping and hidden phases with 0.80 mm thick PVC Lipping. The laminates shall be installed using hot pressed machine in a factory. All hardware shall be of approved make. The cupboard shall be wall mounted with a spacing of min 100mm from the finished floor lvl. The Cupboard shall be supported with Exterior grade SS (304) Tubular section of diameter 40mm 16 swg thick with 600mm c/c with a rubber bush below. The units shall be assembled by knock down fittings such as Minifix. Contractor should submit and take approval for the shop drawing before fabrication. Outer dimension for the front side of the unit shall be taken for measurements and payments.

Overhead Corner Storage Unit: Providing and installing corner storage unit of height 600mm with the following specifications. The carcass shall be laminated hardwood 17mm MDF (Exterior Grade) of approved make and colour wall mounted using anchor screws with 6mm thick back panelling. The storage shall be an open space without shutters. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thick PVC Lipping and hidden phases with 0.80 mm thick PVC Lipping. Providing and installing in position wall mounted table of size 400mm wide 600mm long with the following specification. The table top shall be made of 18mm thick WPC boards or Multiwood with laminate and colour wall mounted with Mild Steel side brackets of approved make 300mm wide and 300mm high and a thickness of 2mm powder coated with minimum thickness of 60 microns using anchor screws. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thick PVC edge banding on both sides. All hardwares shall be of approved make. Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawings before fabrication. Wall Mounted Foldable Table: 600mm X400mm X 750mm.Annexure 2 item 09

Providing and Installing boxing for bedded panel made up of made of 18mm thick WPC boards or Multiwood with laminate and colour of approved make and colour mounted using allen key as per drawing. All exposed edges shall be chamfered and finished with 0.80mm thick PVC Lipping and stainless steel corner beeding.The boxing shall be in such a way that the upper panel shall be removable for maintenance purposes. Adequate vertical supports shall be provided. The laminates shall be installed using hot pressed machine in a factory. All hardware shall be of approved make. Contractor should submit and take approval for the shop drawings before fabrication.

Back panelling behind Over Head stroage:- Providing and fixing 12mm thick BWR 303 grade Marine Plywood as per the drawings with the following specification. The panelling shall be provided in the space between the wall and over head storage with proper anchorage to the wall. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thick PVC edge lipping. The plywood shall be of approved make and colour.

Supply and installation of Wall Guards with the following specification. The wall Guards shall be of height 140mm with an outer cover made out of PVC,PP/ABS with an interior core of high quality aluminium design with anti corrosive strips. The wall guards shall be fitted to the tile surface with adequate fasteners and anchor screws and braces. The thickness of vinyl and aluminium shall be 1.5mm.The surface texture shall be fire resistant . The units shall be of approved make and colour. Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawing with all details and specification before fabrication .

Supply and installation of Brace for wall guards with the following specification. The Brace shall be made out of PVC with a thickness of 1.5mm. The Brace shall be provided at an interval of 500mm. The Brace shall be of approved make and colour. This Item shall be the part of BOQ Item No 16.

Supply and installation of Elbow for wall guards with the following specification. The elbow shall be of height 140mm which shall be provided at the corners. The Outer Cover shall be made out of PVC,PP/ABS with an interior core of high quality aluminium design with anti corrosive strips. The thickness of vinyl and aluminium shall be 1.5mm. The surface texture shall be fire resistant . The units shall be of approved make and colour. This Item shall be the part of BOQ, Item No 17.

Supply and installation of Wall Guards with the following specification. The wall Guards shall be of height 100mm with an outer cover made out of PVC,PP/ABS with an interior core of high quality aluminium design with anti corrosive strips. The wall guards shall be fitted to the tile surface with adequate fasteners and anchor screws and braces at a height of 300mm from the finished floor level. The thickness of vinyl and aluminium shall be 1.5mm.The surface texture shall be fire resistant. The units shall be of approved make and colour. Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawing with all details and specification before fabrication.

Supply and installation of corner guards made ourt of Stainless Steel 304 Grade material of thickness 1mm with an inside rubber backup of thickness 1.5mm of approved make and shall be fitted to the corner of the wall to the finished wall tile using anchor screws. Each corner guard shall be of dimension 35mmx35mmx1500mm(H) and of approved make. Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawing with all details and specification before fabrication

Providing and fixing aluminium curtain track as per following specification.The track shall be made out of Aluminium alloy ( 6063-T6) with all Corner of profile having radius of 50mm,tensile Strength of 195 MPA, and a shear strength of 150 MPA. The Shape and Size tolerance shall be in accordance with IS 733- 1983. All materials shall be ROHS compliant with Corrosion resistance properties.The track shall be 50-60 micron Standard traffic white powder coated (Mahacoat) with seven stage processes. The Tracks shall have drill guide on the top. Track Gauge - 1.5 mm to 1.6 mm , 3.44 mm on top Profile Size 27mm x 20.4mm, HD Deralin Roller with SS 302 Hooks. The roof clamps shall be made out of aluminum pipe of 12.7 - 12.9mm diameter. The Upper Circular Plate shall be made out of aluminum with a diameter of 50.4mm.The outer surfacce shall be powder coated to approved finish and colour. The track shall be ceiling suspended using anchors, bolts, screws etc. Wall Supports & Bridge Clamps shall be aluminum powder coated to approved Curtain colour and finish. Removal Point shall be made out of mild steel with Zinc for simple loading & unloading of curtains.

Providing and installation of hospital curtains with the following specifications. The curtians shall be Premium Quality Fabric Curtains:Stain Retardant Fabric with matching color450mm oval net on top. Complete with SS grommets. Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawing with all details and specification before fabrication

Supply and Installation of single cot as per the following specification. The frame shall be made up of 25mmx50mmx2mm thick MS square tube with powder coated finish supported on 40mmx40mmx2mm thick MS legs of same finish. The single cot top shall be finished and properly fitted to the frame with necessary fasteners, treated country wood planks 20mm thick MDF joint to form a single slab, properly finished with one coat of sealer and polish and mounted on PVC Bush. Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawing before fabrication.
