Each MCCB will have variable current setting for overcurrent, front extended lockable handle, padlockable in off position, indication light for ON, shrouding on incomer side, termination shall be suitable for aluminium busbars.All MCCBs of 320A unless otherwise specified and above shall be microprocessor based only.Current density of aluminium and copper busbars shall not be more than 0.80A per sq.mm. and 1.2A per sq.mm respectively.
Necessary electrical and mechanical interlocking arrangements shall be provided as per scehmatic drawing to achieve operational functionality
All panels shall be with separate channels isolated from electrical LT cable chambers for running of RS485 & other ELV cables for integration with EMS & IBMS. Switchgears and meters shall be with necessary communication ports for integration with BMS & EMS as per IO list of BMS. All panel meters should be with RS485 ports for EMS integration. Potential free contacts shall also be provided in the panels for integration with IBMS for obtaining ON/OFF and tripping status of switchgears as per IO list of IBMS.
All Multifunction meter shall be as per IEC 62053-21, class 1, having multiline LED display with following parameters -Phase wise instantaneous and Average values – Voltage, Current, Power Factor, Phase wise instantaneous and Average values – Active Power, Reactive Power lead & lag, Apparent Power, Import & Export Cumulative values– Active Energy, Reactive Energy lead & lag, Apparent Energy, 4. PF for 3 phases and average,Instantaneous Frequency,Total Harmonics Distortion – Phase wise Voltage and Phase wise Current, Min and max of VLL, VLN, A, F, W, VA, VAr, PF with date and time stamp,Battery backed RTC with 2 years of power down time, Demand calculations based on W, VA, VAr, 10. Demand sync – Sliding window or block window site selectable, Demand interval: 5 to 30 min, Individual harmonics upto 15th order for voltage and current, Percentage Unbalance – Voltage and Current, Cumulative Run Hours, Sampling rate of 64 samples / cycle, Measuring circuit burden should be lesser than 0.2 VA, Aux burden < 5VA, Meter shall be suitable for CT secondary 1A /5A including CTs, site programmable CT & PT ratio,Meters shall have RS485 port with MODBUS RTU protocol, with IP 51 protection from front end preventing dust and moisture entry, meters shall be capable of integration with EMS Software
All opening parts of the panel shall be sealable. Panels shall be complete with Al bus bars, separate earth bus bar to be provided through out the length of the panel along with base chanel of suitable size, cable alleys as per requirement, complete, numbering, danger plate etc as required as per specifications and drawings. Current density for busbarsize shall be designed considering not more than 0.8 A/sq.mm for aluminium. The switchgear live parts shall be isolated with proper insulation material. All switchgears shall be with spreader links, operating knobs/handles, DIN rail provision for isolators with required cable alleys. The panel design shall be in accordance with IS & Kerala state norms. All panels shall be cable alleys and seperate bus bar compartments for easy terminations as per KSEI standards with proper clearances.
Incomer - 100A FP isolator - 1 no
100A, 433V, 25kA best conductivity extensible Al TPN bus bar with SMC supports, heat shrinkable sleeves etc complete as required.
RYB phaseindicating LED lamps with control fuses and switches - 1 set.
Multifunction meter as per IEC 62053 21, specified above including CTs and all accessories - 1 set
3 Phase + neutral, Type - I + II Surge protection device tested for 8/20 micro seconds and conforming to latest IEC ammendmends with inbuilt backup fuse or seperate 40A gG type HRC fuses including connections - 1 set
