With water thinnable cement primer on walls surface having VOC content less than 50 grams / litre. Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Including Removing white, color wash, fungus, or debris over the plastered surface/old painted surface by scraping and sandpapering/pressure washing, and preparing the surface smoothly, including necessary repairs (applying crack fill material of approved brand) to scratches, etc. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from Technopark campus etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Painting with spray paint of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on old work of minimum width ranging from 0.12 mtr to 0.20 mtr of aluminium doors, window frames. Including Removing white, color wash, fungus, or debris over the plastered surface/old painted surface by scraping and sandpapering/pressure washing, and preparing the surface smoothly, including necessary repairs (applying crack fill material of approved brand) to scratches, etc. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from Technopark campus etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Dismantling aluminium / Gypsum/ G.I and other partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling and other materials including disposal of unserviceable or surplus material, comes under this scope of work, damaged and all removed materials outside Technopark as directed by Engineer - in-Charge. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from Technopark campus etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Dismantling tile/ MP Tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including disposal of debris outside Technopark and stacking the serviceable materials, if any, as directed by the Engineer in charge. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm in plain area, Vally and Ridge tiles. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from Technopark campus etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Finishing M.P Tile with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior Tile coat paint of required shade Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cementpaint surface. Including Removing white, color wash, fungus, or debris over the plastered surface/old painted surface by scraping and sandpapering/pressure washing, etc. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from Technopark campus etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing on roof pressed clay tile (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm nominal thickness (by using departmental supplied tile with minimum lead of 3Km )and of approved size and as per approved pattern on steel frame work or concrete in cement mortar complete (steel frame work to be paid separately) The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from Technopark campus etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing on roof pressed clay tile (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm nominal thickness and of approved size and as per approved pattern on steel frame work complete (steel frame work to be paid separately). Providing and applying waterproofing with P.U coating over existing mother slab of sloped roof after removal of existing damaged plastered surface/ repers including removal of concrete repers (removal of plastering to be paid separately) and chipped the cracked areas and cleaned with proper materials and applying required layer of approved P.U compound over the surface as per manufatures specification and direction of engineer in charge. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from Technopark campus etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Demolishing plstering of slop roof including removal of concrete repers which is fixed over the sloped surface and concrete of ridge and valley areas by manually / mechanical means including disposal of material outside technopark as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from Technopark campus etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Steel work for purlin/single section with G I tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) pipes including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position over sloped roof area in concrete and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from Technopark campus etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC extruded sections having an overall dimension as below (tolerance 1 mm), with wall thickness 2.0mm (0.2 mm), corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 x 19 mm and 1 mm (0.1 mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge Extruded section profile size 48x40 mm. Providing and fixing to existing door frames 24 mm thick factory made uPVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm ( 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm ( 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2 mm ( 0.2 mm) wall thickness,fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (0.1 mm) wall thickness. Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M - 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand / with cement mortar, filling the joints with fine sand/ Cement grout etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from Technopark campus etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level: 1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size. Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately). Size of Tiles 600x600 mm. Providing and laying Vitrified tiles indifferent sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch ofcorrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.35 mm (+0.05%), total coatedthickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side. of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns.Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratchesduring transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desiredby Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws ofsize (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical orcurved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting tosize and shape wherever required. Providing and fixing Thomson Multi wood board with 18mm thick, in shelves with screws and fittings wherever required, edges to be painted with polyurethane primer including all fittings and fasteners for cupboard work as per the direction of site Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 100x100x16mm having water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in out door floors such as footpath, toilet court yard multi models etc., laid on 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror, polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Area of slab over 0.50 sqm. Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/ sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 250C, 0.87-0.89 kg /litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 230C as 350/ 300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 1500C. Cold fexibility shall be upto -20C when tested in accordance with ASTM. D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick. Concealed work, including cutting chased and making good the wall etc. 110 mm pipe 6kgf/cm2.
