Removing of existing ACP Panel and fixing of new panel in position over existing Curtain Wall, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, for all heights and all levels etc. including: Providing, fabricating, supplying, and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in existing shape and colour matching with an existing cladding of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral cores sandwiched between two Alumini um sheets (each0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar500based PVDF / Lumiflon-based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant (Non Staining), backer rods etc. the work including fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners,SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators toprevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification, drawing and Instruction of engineer in charge etc. The item includes cost of all material & labour component, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the completion of work. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (Excluding width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places. The properties of performanceglass shall be decided by technical sanctioning authority as per the site requirement. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from Technopark campus etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Filling the gap in between aluminium/ stone/ wood frame and adjacent RCC/Brick/ Stone/ wood/ Ceramic/ Gypsum work by providing weather/structuralnon sag elastomeric PU sealant over backer rod of approved quality as perarchitectural drawings at all levels & heights and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete, complying to ASTM C920, DIN 18540-F & ISO 11600 20 (Avg) mm depth and 20 (Avg) mm width or nearest. The work includes removal of the existing or damaged backer rod/ form, and existing sealant and cleaned the gape with proper solution/ equipment (not using the sharp material/ equipment which causes damage to the existing ACP or glass) before applying the backer rod and sealant. Proper Masking tap must be used before applying the sealant to avoid the spreading of sealant around the restricted area and make a better appearance. All the work will be completed per the manufacturer's specification and the direction of an engineer in charge, to avoid the air gap for applying the sealant. The rate is inclusive of all material charges, labour, transportation, Scaffolding loading/unloading at the workspace, removal of spreaded unwanted sealant around the working area and removal of debris from Technopark campus, etc. complete as per the direction of an engineer in charge.
