Dismantling aluminium/gypsum/wooden/glass/ ACP partitions/panelling, boarding, wooden planks, soft board/eco board, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling with out disturbing the reuse materials including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material in dumping yard outside the campus as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Granite pantry counter/window sill carefully, clearing away and stacking the material in the stockyard within infopark campus as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing window/door blinds including stacking in dumping yard outside the campus as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping yard outside the campus as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for lintel

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all levels using Thermomechnically treated bars of grade Fe500D or more

Solid block masonry using precast solid blocks factory made of size 40x20x10 cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part 1 of 1979 for superstructure of thickness 10 cm and above in CM 1:6 etc complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Making chases by cutting floor or wall up to 25 cm in width and 12.5 cm in depth including making good and finishing with matching surface for race way or counduts installation.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles (Matt/ Glossy) of size 1600x800 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water base) confirming to IS 15477 in average 6mm thickness, including grouting the joints with matching colour epoxy filling width upto 5mm., complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying vitrified wall tiles (Matt/ Glossy) of size 1600x800 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water base) confirming to IS 15477 in average 6mm thickness, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick granite gang saw cut mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias, urinal partitions (with nessessary fittings), steps and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4, joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc complete at all levels as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick granite stone counters, vanities etc including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing of vinyl flooring 2mm - 3mm thick vinyl of approved make, colour and pattern on floor with suitable adhesive after removing existing vinyl flooring & providing necessary finishing works for levelling the surfaces all complete as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Rough plastering for dadoing - Providing 6 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished rough to receive dadoing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Smooth plastering of surface for painting - providing 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement etc complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing at all height false ceiling conforming to IS:2095 (BS 1230) including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections power pressed from GI sheet and galvanized in accordance with zinc coating of grade 350 as per IS:277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 22mm and 37mm at 1200mm centre to centre one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 40mm long with 6 mm dia bolts to the angle hangers of 25x 25x 0.55 mm of required length, and other end of angle hanger being fixed with nut and bolts to GI channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the rate of 1200mm centre to centre to which ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having clips of 10.5mm at 450mm centre to centre shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to GI channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x230 mm long GI wire at every junction including fixing the gypsum board with ceiling section and perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, The perimeter of ceiling shall be fixed to wall / partition with the help of raw plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long drive-all screws @ 230 mm interval including jointing and fixing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the gypsum board with recommended filler, paper tapes, finisher and two coats acrylic emulsion paint over two coats of primer suitable for gypsum board as per manufacturers specification after application of E-Mix / Pop / Gypsum putty and all as per manufacturer’s specification etc complete and all as directed.and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, trap doors, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should haveHumidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6&7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped allround galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm )comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspendedfrom ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50 mmlong 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threadedhanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main 'T'. The system shouldrest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle ofsize24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall withhelp of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S.screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceilingsupport system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights.The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as perdirections of the engineer-in-charge.With 20 mm thick beveled tegular mineral fibre false ceiling tile (NRC 0.7)

Trap door in gyp ceiling of 1200 mm x 600 mm size. The rate shall include for providing nessessary framework at the false ceiling level for holding door. The exposed surface of gypsum trap door is finished with matching colour paint of the false ceiling over two coats of primer and putty as directed.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length including fixing materials like hold fast lugs / dash fastener etc. Second class teak wood

Providing & fixing Aluminum frame work for partitions at all heights with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate T, L & Z sections or other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 & IS:1285 fixed to existing masonry or RCC structure as horizontal and vertical members with rawl plugs & S.S screws or with fixing clips. Anti-termite treatment on existing masonry: Providing and applying anti-termite treatment for horizontal and vertical surfaces by drilling 12mm holes on the walls just above the skirting level at an interval of 30cm (maximum) then pouring premium anti-termite chemical emulsion into the holes. Filling the holes with cement mortar to close the holes, spraying anti-termite chemical emulsion at the other infestation areas.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
