Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. APPROVAL FROM POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD At various other stages of work including preparation of report/ drawings as per Pollution Control Board requirement, arrangement of raw sewage for testing &commissioning. Contractor Shall include the cost of all chemicals (consumed during testing & commissioning) and the cost of such items of works which are not explicitly mentioned above, but are mandatory to have pollution board approval. (Approval includes consent to establish/operate, periodical analysis report for pollution control board and other statutory approvals if any.)

Commissioning ,Trial run and guarantee run of STP for a period of one month Note: After completion of all installation including mechanical, piping and electrical works, the contractor has to undertake testing and trial runs of machinery at his own cost with all consumable and labour without any load and ensure that the plant is ready for commissioning. The contractor shall undertake commissioning of the plant once the effluent is provided after the above trial run. After successful completion of trial run & commissioning of the plant, by meeting all design parameters of the treated effluent, the contractor shall run the plant for a period of 6 months at the quoted rate (item no 55 to 58) including that for labour, consumables, power etc. In the event the employer is unable to provide the effluent after no load trial run, the employer will give notice to the contractor to this effect. The contractor shall remobilize and undertake the commissioning and running of the plant for three months when the employer serves this notice to undertake the same. All expenses for commissioning including labour, consumables etc shall be borne by the contractor. During the guarantee run period the contractor shall train employer’s personnel for operation and maintenance of the plant. Commisoning of the plant Prior to the effluent feeding : Plant has to be checked with fresh water and ensure all tanks are Leak Free. And Commission all mechanical and Biological systems, including supply and installition of Conductivity meter (Table Top) and a Table with cupboard including all cost of material and water for testing, and labour charges etc complete as directed by the engineer in charge. The rate quoted by the contractor for this item is including the cost of trial run,Commissioning, running of the plant during trial run for a period of one month including cost of all labours, consumables, water & electricity, expense for necessary staffs for operating the plant, training of client's staff etc

Engaging Shift Operators 1 person each in 3 shifts for operation and maintenance of STP for 6 months

Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant at Infopark Kochi Phase I including the cost for routine servicing/maintenance and breakdown repairs as and when required ensuring that plants do not remain out of functioning for more than 10 hours due to unforeseen breakdown,cost of required spares,consumable chemicals and lubricants (except water and power) and charges to include liasoning with KSPCB for renewals, periodical sampling of treated effluent samples as per KSPCB norms etc. complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of sludge sediments, sludge bed, oil skimmer or cleaning of any other units of STP and disposing the waste properly ( Infopark Kochi Phase I)

Cleaning /clearing the blocks and chokes in sewage lines and chambers laid within the campus as per the instruction of Engineer in charge. The rate shall be inclusive of necessary tools,materials and labour charges. (This item will be operated based on requirement only)( Infopark Kochi Phase I)
