Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick granite stone counters, vanities etc including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades in skirting riser of steps over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with matching colour epoxy filling width upto 5mm., complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Basic rate of tile not less than Rs. 74.57/- excluding GST per sq ft)

Providing and laying vitrified Wall tiles of size 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades in skirting riser of steps over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand),including grouting the joints with matching colour epoxy filling width upto 5mm., complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Refixing of dismantled glass partition(labour charge only)

Straight Glazed Partition-Slim line partition of approved make: Supply and installation of full height straight glass partition 12mm thick toughened glass and proprietary black powder coated aluminium sections of the SLIM LINE series of approved make 45x25mm thick. Providing widline section (105x25mm) at around the door two vertical upto false ceiling and horizontal at door top. The sections shall be matt natural anodized and shall be a combination of SAP 004 and 005 on all four sides as per the manufacturers specification and shall be inclusive of all accessories like stake1, stake3 and wedge 3G/B from FFL to the bottom of false ceiling height. The glass joints shall be filled with silicon sealant / beading on both side and the vendor has to prepare the shop drawing for client / Architects approval. Rate shall include for providing transport charges, handling, loading and unloading, Installation, protecting the module and glass till handing over, testing, commissioning all necessary hardware's, scafolding,wastage, Structural supports if any, etc. complete and all as per manufacturers specifications as directed.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened patch fitting glass door (area not greater than 2.5sqm) of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot, cornor fittings, patch fittings, floor spring with SS cover plate, lock with euro profile cylinder keys 3 nos, strike patch for lock, door stopper, pull handle SS Satin finish & for fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Glass film : Fixing to glass panels using 3M film stickers of approved model and colour as per required pattern and shape and as directed. The vendor shall submit required warranty certificates from the manufacture. (Basic rate of glass film not less than Rs. 105/-excluding GST/ sq ft)

Wall paper: Fixing to wall partition wall paper of approved colour, Design etc as per required pattern and shape and as directed. The measurement will be measured for elevation area.(Basic rate of wallpaper not less than Rs. 125.4/-excluding GST/ sq ft)

Supplying and fixing of CP Anti cockroach floor trap gratings which consisting floor drain grating, inner filter and out filter and rim, fixed over the floor trap. Works including cleaning of floor traps before fixing the gratings. While fixing the gratings, flooring should be cut to required size of grating, (not more than 2mm of the grating sizes) using tile cutter etc; complete. The gap should be filled silicon sealant to match the flooring color. The color and shape of the gratings shall be got the approval from Infopark. To avoid damage of the cp gratings, acid cleaning of flooring shall be done before fixing of gratings.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china extended wall mounting water closet of approved make and suitable size of approved shape including providing & fixing white vitreous china cistern with dual flush fitting, of flushing capacity 3 litre/ 6 litre (adjustable to 4 litre/ 8 litres), including P trap, soft close seat cover, and cistern fittings, nuts, bolts and gasket etc complete. Works including cutting and making good the walls /floor wherever required, including cost and conveyance of all materials to the site, all labour charges, all taxes etc., complete finished item of work and as directed by the SiteEngineer/Project In-Charge. The side gap between ewc mouth and pan connector to be filled with silicon sealant. (Basic rate of water closet not less than Rs.10,339/- excluding GST)

Providing and fixing white vitreous urinal of suitable size of approved shape with inlet from back side and pressmatic auto closing concealed urinal flush valve with wall flange, including fixing to wall with suitable brackets all as per manufacturers specification and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge . (Basic rate of urinal not less than Rs.7966/- excluding GST)

Providing and fixing washbasin with integrated half pedestal of approved make and colour along with CP fittings of approved make such as 15mm CP brass pillar cock, 15mm CP brass angular stop cock, 32mm dia CP brass waste coupling, 32mm dia CP brass bottle trap with extension pipe including necessary supporting brackets, connection tube etc; complete. The supporting brackets, bolt and nuts supplied by the contractor. Works including cutting and making good the walls /floor wherever required, including conveyance of all materials to the site, all labour charges, all taxes etc; complete. Rough plastering for dadoing - Providing 6 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished rough to receive dadoing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Smooth plastering of surface for painting - providing 12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement etc complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and fixing of modular toilet cubicles of approved make with 12 mm compact laminate of approved colour and pattern, Height of the door shall be 1995mm with 100 mm bottom gap and Height of the fixed divider shall be 2100mm. The rate shall be inclusive of hinges, lock, handle and necessary standard aluminium and nylon accessories such as adjustable foot, aluminium channel, nylon gravity hinges, coat hook, door knob with lock set indicator, rubber door stopper lining, screws & wall plugs, aluminium top rail etc.complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing at all height false ceiling conforming to IS:2095 (BS 1230) including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections power pressed from GI sheet and galvanized in accordance with zinc coating of grade 350 as per IS:277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 22mm and 37mm at 1200mm centre to centre one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 40mm long with 6 mm dia bolts to the angle hangers of 25x 25x 0.55 mm of required length, and other end of angle hanger being fixed with nut and bolts to GI channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the rate of 1200mm centre to centre to which ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having clips of 10.5mm at 450mm centre to centre shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to GI channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x230 mm long GI wire at every junction including fixing the gypsum board with ceiling section and perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, The perimeter of ceiling shall be fixed to wall / partition with the help of raw plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long drive-all screws @ 230 mm interval including jointing and fixing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the gypsum board with recommended filler, paper tapes, finisher and two coats acrylic emulsion paint over two coats of primer suitable for gypsum board as per manufacturers specification after application of E-Mix / Pop / Gypsum putty and all as per manufacturer’s specification etc complete and all as directed.and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, trap doors, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Vertical areas in drop ceiling will be measured separately.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two or more coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
