Supply & Installtion of Louvered Ventilators at all levels made out of unplasticised poly vinyl chloride frame from approved make of natural with outer frame size of 65x50mm, Sash movable frame of size 45x74mm, with the wall thickness of 1.8mm (+/- 0.3mm)of the section & The section is compatible for single glazing using (Multi Point) Espag Lock. The gasket should be made of TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer) applying silicone sealants outside and acrylic sealant inside including 5mm Toughend glass louver . The sections should be reinforced G.I Sheet 1.5mm thickness of outer frame and 1.5mm - 2.5mm for sash, with suitable drainage grouting including all necessary hardware fittings etc., all complete as per architectural drawings and the Engineers -in-charge. The rate are including of scaffoldings & power supply both should be supply the contractor. Colour - as approved.

Providing and applying Asian - Apex weather proof Acrylic Emulsion Paint (for External painting) and approved shade including preparation of surface for painting, applying primer and two or more coats of paint as per manufacturer’s specifications, scaffolding curing etc. complete as directed at all levels.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior & interior side, up to required height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once till completion of work. The scafolding system should be constructed on all four sides of the building, so as to undertake the repair works on all sides simulataneously.

Providing and applying 2 coats of WPM 810, single component high performance PU based waterproofing membrane using brush / roller over well prepared dry surface or over dried coat of primer, cracks, construction joints and pipe penetrations,  including grinding all sharp edges of the surface, cleaning the substrate to make them free from all contaminants, coving installation using CM + E 135, vertical bore packing using B 30, horizontal bore packing using CM +E 135, water ponding testing, treating the cracks and construction joints using F CM + E 135 , WPM 810 is protected grade waterproofing membrane and screed or tile should be laid over the membrane ( civil contractor scope) and complete as per manufacturer's specification by providing 1mm thickness in two coats with 2 kg/sq.m. Priming done with 1:1 mixture of WPM 810 : Water.

Protection Screed: Horizontal Areas: Providing and Laying M25 grade screed concrete in 1:100 to a average thickness of 100 mm mixed with Integral Waterproofing admixture WP 10 at the dosage of 125 ml/bag of cement over waterproofing layer to a minimum thickness of 75 mm as per site requirement,including control joints of 4M X 4M size and filling the panels with Feviseal HY 100.

REPAIR WORKS ON EXTERNAL WALLS

Remove cracked concrete till beyond the corroded rod by chipping and dressing including existing plastering and clear off the rubbish from the premises. Repeated washing of exposed concrete surface with clean water and testing of surfaces for alkalinity using phenalphthaline spray at the rate of 2 tests / 0.1 sqm of chipped area at random till PH value is shown to be in the range of 10.5 to 12.5. Coating of cleaned concrete surface with polymer modified cement slurry or other polymeric material for adhesion and including coating of steel to prevent corrosion .

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, placing in position and binding with GI binding wire of 18 SWG in double strand and welding to existing reinforcement wherever necessary, etc., all complete using TMT steel bars conforming to IS:1786 in grade Fe500. (The payment will be on actual/ length measurements of fabricated steelwork including authorised lappages only at theoretical weights for different sections) in all levels.

Strengthening concrete surfaces by epoxy bonded glass fibre / polypropylene fibre reinforcing mesh as per manufacture Specifications.

Providing and applying a thin layer of average 15mm thick Polymer modified cement plaster as a first layer. Providing and applying a final layer of polymer modified cement mortar to manufacturer's specification to form a concrete surface to the original profile.
