Hot-Tapping Assistance work

Supply, Fabrication and installation of 8" dia. maximum 15mtr length bypass line for Double stoppling Hot-tapping activity, UT report & Lamination test report of each tapping locations before start of the hot-tapping activity, Providing Nitrogen for hot tapping/line stop assembly leak testing, Providing temporary steel structure with platform, scaffolding stairway safety, railing, access ladder, if applicable Providing storing facility for hot-tapping equipments., Providing safe & clean entry & exit paths at job location. Providing ancillary machines like, Welding machine; Mother oven; portable oven; AG5 & AG7 grinding machines; DG set withFlame proof Lighting arrangements. Providing hydra/crane; Excavator; Air compressor, Water Tanker and other tools and tackles as per requirement. Providing firefighting equipment/s, First aid & communication facility. Valve Chamber Construction

SCOPE - All civil works including supply of all material, excavation of pit, piping & valve supports including all PCC and RCC/ Brick works for valves pit, pedestals with insert plates as required sealing of pipe at valve pits, providing cover etc and finishing, clean up and restoration of site, filling and grading of area around the valve station to avoid any local flooding of area, as per specification enclosed and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials, shuttering in all conditions etc. with all bye works and sundry works.

EXCAVATION - Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil, mixed strata, hard rock upto any depth including trimming of sides of the trenches/ valve pits, dressing, ramming and levelling the bottom of the trenches correct to level, grade etc. including bailing out of water, if any, filling in sides of foundation trenches, plinth etc. with the excavated earth available and/ or depositing the excess earth within station area limits, in layers not exceeding 20 cms. thick, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, dressing to level and grade, complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer I/C.

PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE - Supplying and laying plain cement concrete of grade M 20 with stone aggregate 20mm down grade (including shuttering if required) in all types of concrete works including levelling courses below foundations, columns, pedestals, pedestal bases, pipe supports, floors, chambers, cable trench, under floors and any other locations, at all levels and locations as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer I/C.

SAND - Supplying and filling coarse sand under floors, in foundations, floor, trenches, plinth etc. including cost-of sand, royalty, transportation, loading, unloading, spreading in layers not exceeding 20 cm., watering, ramming, compacting, dressing and levelling etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer I/C.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE - Providing and laying RCC (reinforced cement concrete) of grade M-25 with 20mm and down grade crushed stone aggregate in all types of sub-structures like Beams, foundations, walls, columns, pedestals, pedestal bases, pipe supports, sleepers, cable trench, RCC retaining wall foundation for boundary wall including construction joints, bitumen painting on surfaces in contact with soil, shuttering, supplying and fixing MS inserts, finishes etc. at all depths and levels complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer I/C.

REINFORCEMENT - Supplying and providing reinforcement (for reinforced cement concrete works) Thermo-mechanically treated Fe-415 bars conforming to IS:1786 including initial straightening of coiled/uncoiled bars, removal of loose rust, cutting, bending to correct size & shape, binding with 18 gauge G.I. wire at each intersection and placing at any position, at any height and depth complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as minimum 43 grade OPC cement including sulphate resistant cement for sub-structures, inserts, bolts, conduits, bitumen, excavation, PCC M-10 in mud mat, other minor construction materials, shuttering , staging, testing of concrete, curing etc. except reinforcement steel with all bye works and sundry works complete

BRICK WORK - Providing brick work with brick class designation M-7.5 of IS:1077 in cm1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) in steps, walls, retaining walls and load bearing structures drains, or any shape with all lead, depths & height including curing, scaffolding, etc., as per specifications and drawings with all bye-works and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as minimum 43 grade cement bricks, finishes, bitumen, other minor construction materials, shuttering, staging, masonry work, plastering, painting etc. with all bye-works and sundry works).

STRUCTURAL WORK - Supplying, fabricating and fixing M.S. structural steel work made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates, flats, bars etc. for struts, chain link fencing posts as per drawing including gate, ladders, safety grills, walkways, collapsible gate, signboards, supports for cable trench, making slots for barbed line, wire hoisting, placing in position, embedding in concrete, applying two coats of epoxy paint "EPILUX 155 High Build Enamel over a coat of EPILUX 610 Primer of M/s Berger or any other approved equivalent make as per manufacturer’s recommendation, complete in all respect including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates, bolts, threading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. and necessary lettering of approved pattern on main gate, signboards etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer. (excluding the cost of concrete work).
