The eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values and percentages mentioned for eligibility requirements are: - 10% for Past Performance - 3 Financial years Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: 1. OEM Authorization Certificate 2. Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document 3. Certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period (if applicable) 4. Copies of relevant contracts to be submitted along with bid in support of having supplied some quantity during each of the Financial year.
