Retrofitting and rehabilitation , Recommendation for retrofitting and rehabilitation as the cases may be.

Notes , Note for Item Sl No. 1 to 4. The following facilities shall be prepared at site, free of cost during investigation. a) 3 to 4 No.s of unskilled labours for assistants with tools and tackles during testing safely. b) Necessary staging/ scaffolding or ladder or A frame to reach the required level for testing safely. c) Labours for exposing foundation at required location and required refitting as per standard practice whenever required. d) Redoing or making good condition wherever soil excavated or concrete chipped area etc wherever required. e) Charges for vetting of report done from IIT or NIT or any Government Engineering College. The consultant has to submit (03 copies) detailed consultancy report which includes the following. i) Details of sample collected at the site with exact site location. ii) Details of test carried out at site with exact site location. iii) Analysis of tests and result or outcome analysis. iv) Recommendations for retrofitting/ rehabilitation as per result/ outcome of test analysis.
