SPESS LAB

Supplying and fixing suitable size PVC box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required. (For light plugs to be used in non residential buildings).

Supplying, conveyance and Installation of 150-250 mm sweep,1350 rpm, 3 - 5 blade Exhaust Fan including frames and all mounting accessories complete. Recommended Make: Crompton, Havells, Usha

Supply and Installation of Sink Module with Sink Each sink module should have a minimum dimension of 900 mm (L) x 900 mm (W) x 900 mm (H) and made of MS as per IS 1730 shall be designed with a single cabinet (with 2 shutter, SS304 hinges for easy and noiseless opening and closing mechanism). This module should include a sink made of 5 mm thick polypropylene with black color body. Minimum Dimension of the sink: 450 mm (L) x 600 mm (W). Sink should include PVC tap connection-15mm diameter (Goose neck type), grating etc. The sink module shall be portable and provided with 18mm thick granite table top (with cut out for providing sink). Item to be inclusive of all necessary fitting arrangement. The item should be in compliance with IS 4209 (2013), NABL, WHO etc.

Air Conditioning System

Dismantling aluminium / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 metres lead as directed by Engineer - in-Charge

Gas service line work- Multilayer composite Pipe (PE-AL-PE) with Brass fittings for main lines including valves and necessary fittings.

Providing and fixing Over Head Shelves with 18mm thick Pre-laminated medium density fibre board with 4.0mm Sliding glass with necessary locks and railings. Shelves Size shall 90cm Height and 100cm Depth with necessary supports with Hollow Tubes covered with matching 12mm MDF board. Pre-laminated with decorative lamination on both side exterior for medium density fibre board exterior grade (Grade-I) IS:14587:1998 marked, to backing or studding with screws etc. complete. (Elevation Area to be measured)

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required.

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.5/6 amps switch

Supply And Installation of Lab Workbench Material of Construction: GI as per IS277, Min thickness- 1mm or more (as required based on the design), Finish: Complete module and framework shall be powder coated and provided with suitable finish for maximum corrosion resistance (Colour as per the instruction from the HLL Engineer in charge), Minimum Dimension of Module: 900 mm (Width) x 900 mm (Height) Every one meter of the module shall be designed with min 2 drawers (with SS 304 telescopic channels and lockable drawing mechanism) and a single cabinet (With 2 shutters, SS304 hinges for easy and noiseless opening and closing mechanism), SS304 locks and dual keys arrangement, handles, screws etc. Common Raceways (Powder coated GI with cover) for cabling electrical, network, voice connections with provision for fixing sockets, switch boxes etc. Raceway should be 3 run type.The workbench shall be portable and provided with 18mm granite table top. The item should be in compliance with IS 4209 (2013), NABL, WHO etc. Measurement will be taken in length only.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).Size of Tiles 600x600 mm

FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.Group C

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Split Air Conditioner of following capacity and specifications: Consisting of high wall-mounted type room unit (fan coil) with cordless remote control and one number outdoor condensing unit comprising of energy-efficient suitable rotary compressor for operation on single- phase, 230 V, 50Hz supply, fixing the outdoor unit on a raised platform as per manufacturers recommendation and fixing of room (fan coil) unit on wall, standard 4 m distance refrigerant copper piping with 13mm nitrile rubber insulation, providing and making interconnection between room & condenser as per site conditions, comprising of 1" dia drain PVC pipe with insulation up to 4 m, canvas connections, full electrical cabling from power plug near indoor unit and to outdoor unit, ODU MS stand, first charge refrigerant gas, suitable stabilizer etc complete as required. Supplying fume hood Premium quality student grade fume hood will be provided with traspa brand 6mm phenolicresinliningand 18mm+/- mm thick granite as work table top with Epoxy beading.1nos of remote controlled water and gas faucet and polypropylene cup sink(6x4 inch) will be provided as services .Epoxy scuff hold will be provided for temporary holding purpose. Flurecent/led light will be provided for with extra covering. Powder coated MS blower duct will be provided for fume extraction purpose, which is connected to electric blower through PU blobet flexible hose. An under bench cabin will be provided for chemical storage purpose.

Wiring

Two tiered reagent racks (MS with powder coating) with granite top of 150 mm depth for side workbenches. The two tier should be placed at a minimum spacing of 300 mm. The item should be in compliance with IS 4209 (2013), NABL etc. The Length should be customized as per lab workbench and vertical posts must be placed at appropriate spacing.
