BRANDING

Painting walls, wooden surfaces, etc. with synthetic enamel/ emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture, wherever required. All the facade branding, logos, figures, boarders, letters, etc., should be painted according to the approved design mentioned the Ayushman Bharat Scheme.Design Specifications : For Logos, total 6 nos with Minimum size of 36 x 36 inches: For Lettering, a single letter should not be less than 6 inches : For Patterns, Two Border Line with 1 inch stroke outside windows/doors frame with minimum spacing of 4 inches.The contractor should be prepared a preliminary design layout and to avoid any errors or discrepancies, must take approval for the design from the engineer in-charge before application. The design specifications, including color, size, numbers, placement, and stroke thickness, etc., must follow the guidelines provided. For application, clean and prepare all surfaces to be painted, including filling holes and cracks, and sanding rough areas. For new works, Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. Incase of old surfaces, remove all existing paint, varnish, and wallpapers as required. Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, oil and grease. The rate inclusive of all materials, artists, scaffolding, tools and tackles, etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.
