Supply, installation, testing,commissioning,energizing & handing over including defects liability period, warranty and as per statutory requirements of CEA/KSEB of the following equipments/items: The scope of work include reconnecting incoming and outgoing HT/LT cables of HT panel, transformers, LT panel and other panel boards, re-installing the earthing system, testing and commissioning of new & existing transformers, HT/LT panel boards, Sub panels, cables, etc for the proper functioning of all substation equipments after restoring the power supply and modification works.

Oil type transformer Level 1 as per IS 1180 1000kVA, ONAN cooled distribution type, 11kV/433V, Dyn11, 3 phase, step down transformer with On load tap changer having tapping from +5% to -15% in steps of 1.25%, copper wound with Remote Tap Changing Control, Autmatic Voltage Regulator, HT cable box and suitable box in LT side for cable/busduct entry with first fill of oil upto MOL in conservator tank & all accessories. Rate shall include temperature rise test apart from other mandatory tests and at factory & site (please refer the technical document for test details).

Main LT (MSB) panel board IEC 61439 certified, OEM approved factory assembled panel boards, Aluminium/Copper bus bar & cable entry as per site condition. Incomer: 1) Transformer Main 1&2: 1600A 4Pole 50kA Electrically operated drawout type ACB of specified make, microprocessor based relay with overload and having 3 O/C, S/C & E/F releases - 2 Nos. Terminal shrouds shall be provided at the incoming and outgoing terminals. The ACB shall have AC shunt trip coil. - 2 No.UV coil - 2nos. Metering: 2A SP MCB - 6 nos, RYB LED indicating lamp - 2 sets, Multi function meter (Voltage, Ampere, Frequency, power factor, kW, kVAR , kVA) with RS485 communication port - 2 nos, Earth fault relay - 2nos, Restricted earth fault relay - 2nos, Over voltage & Undervoltage relay - 2nos, Master trip relay - 2nos, 1600/5A Class PS 15VA CT - 6nos, 1600/5A Class1 15VA CT - 6nos,350/5A Class 5P10 neutral CT - 2 nos, 630/5A Class PS 15VA CT - 2 nos (Cap bank), Neutral link - 2nos. The panel shall have all necessary control cables, instruments, relay and accessories for the Auto/Manual load sharing logic for 2Nos DG set and satisfactory operation of AMF. Necessary provision and control wiring shall done to trip LT panel incomer on failure of 11kV HT supply. Out goings:800A 4 pole 50kA ACB, EDO with micro processor based release with 3 nos of over current & earth fault release, ROM, spreaaders and interphase barriers as required- 2 no, 630A 4 pole 36kA micro procesor based MCCB with 1 no of earth fault, 3 nos of over current release, ROM, spreaders and interphase barriers - 10 nos, 400A 4 pole 36kA micro procesor based MCCB with with 1 no of earth fault, 3 nos of over current release, ROM, spreaders and interphase barriers as required- 6 nos.
