Providing and applying of AquaArm TG, a high performance two component polymer dispersion based flexible protective coating and waterproof barrier. AquaArm TG comes in a pre-weighed composite bag of powder as Component A and Polymer liquid as Component B. i) Surface preparation by suitable means to remove laitance, loose particles, debris, etc. ii) Necessary coving the corners of walls, any cracks treatment with ReArm SBR 35 mortar shall be done before the application of coating. iii) Saturate the surface with water and apply first coat of AQUAARM TG. The second coat will be applied as soon as the first coat has reached touch dry state.

Plastering Floor with CM 1:3, 12 mm thick one coat floated hard and smooth finish including all costs of materials,conveyance labor chages, watering, curing etc, complete.

Providing and applying WPU-1K(E)(Polyurathane) by preparing the surface, filling of cracks with suitable compound, leak point of water shall be identified if any and the same shall be treated with cement slurry injection and total surface shall be kept clean, free from dust and any loose particles of concrete/mortar etc. Wall floor - corners shall be coved by polymer modified mortar include fiber mesh and pipe surrounding shall be filled with moisture insensitive epoxy putty. Apply solvent free water based epoxy Primer EPW44 and allow to become touch dry. Over this primed surface apply first coat of highly elastomeric solvent free Polyurethane waterproof coating AquaArm WPUIKE and allow to dry. Over this apply second coat opposite to the direction of first coat and allow the entire system to cure by itself for a period of 3 days before protecting by screed mortar/concrete. it shall be protected with screed concrete/mortar which shall be laid to proper slope. Rate is inclusive of all material, machinery and labour complete.

Providing and laying vitrified anti skid vitrified floor tiles of approved size(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.make:Jhonson/Kajaria/Somany/Nitco

Providing and fixing Ist quality vitrified glazed vitrified wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.make:Jhonson/Kajaria/Somany/Nitco

Cleaning and Surface Preparation: Cleaning the J-bolts and surroundings properly by removing any dirt, debris or contaminants. Rust removal: After proper cleaning apply one coat of rust removal solution. Gap Filling with Bituminous Sealant: Filling voids/gaps by using bituminous sealant. Installation of APP Membrane Buttons: Providing/fixing APP Menbrane buttons on top of J-bolts by using a hot flame torch. After fixing the buttons they shall be topped with bituminous sealant to create a watertight seal around the J-bolts. Finishing with Solar Reflective Bituminous Aluminum Paint: Apply one coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint of approved quality for protection against UV radiation.
