Design, Manufacture, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of gearless electric traction type elevator of the following types and capacities suitable for operation on 415 V, 50 Hz, three phase AC supply with Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency (VVVF) drive for the main drive motor as well as door opening motor which comply with power quality requirements as per the latest version of IEEE 519 with electromagnetic brake system, simple operation/ simplex full selective collective operation with/ without attendant, operating control panel with luminous buttons, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, LED type emergency lamp, intercom suitable for hook-up to EPABX (wiring for the intercom shall be terminated near to the main control panel), infrared ray curtains to the full height of the door, protections for reverse power, loss of phase & overload etc., limit switches, over speed governor, fireman’s switch at the ground floor etc. Car body shall be made of 304 grade SS with hairline finish, flooring with 2.50 mm fluted SS, with centre/ side opening doors, hand rails on 3 sides, mirror on the rear side, digital car position indicators in the car and at all landings with UP/DOWN directions, control panel with braille markings, occupancy sensor operated LED lighting in the car to maintain at least 150 lux and ventilating fan, ARD with battery etc. The landing doors shall be made of the same material as of the car body with fire rating as per current Standards. The installation shall include necessary scaffolding, all required minor civil works, construction of buffer blocks with springs, supply and fixing all supporting steel structures, architraves with 16 mm granite/ large format ceramic tile of approved size and pattern, all required electrical works including wiring inside the shaft and providing necessary light fittings, receptacles etc., supply and fixing necessary control panels and controls as per Standards, all power and control wirings encased in metal/ PVC conduits/ troughs etc. The electrical work shall be done in conformity with NEC 2023 and other relevant Standards. The manufacture and installation of the lifts shall be in compliance with the latest versions of IS 14665, IS 17900, IS 17106 and other relevant Standards. The efficiency of the lift shall be class A according to IS 17515. All certificates/ documents to prove the compliance shall be submitted on completion of work.

Machine Room Less (MRL) type 20 passenger (1360 kg) bed lift having a speed of 1 m/s in the available lift shaft of size 3200 mm (D) x 2400 mm (W) with a total travel distance of 20 m with 5 stops and 5 openings on the same side, minimum door opening size 1200 mm (W) x 2000 mm (W) with stretcher impact protection on 3 sides.
