The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of works. Specifically, for specialized works such as HVAC System, Fire Fighting, and Electrical, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar specialized works during the last 7 years. For HVAC works, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed one work involving SITC of HVAC works in Hospitals. For Fire Fighting System, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar specialized works with at least one number of work involving supply & installation of firefighting system including sprinklers, fire pumps & wet riser etc. in a campus comprising of business/institutional/residential/educational/assembly buildings as classified in NBC. The bidder should submit a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last seven years in Form "T-2". The list should include the name of the work/project, location, owner/sponsoring organization, cost of work, date of commencement, stipulated date of completion, and actual date of completion. The bidder should also provide details on the components of work, such as the number of storeys, RCC framed structure, electrical, plumbing, finishing works, fire fighting, HVAC, lifts, and ELV. The percentage of similar works completed is not explicitly mentioned, but the bidder is required to submit the percentage of progress of work for each ongoing work in Form F1-A. The bidder should have a completion certificate for the works completed, and for private sector works, this should be supported with copies of corresponding TDS certificates. The bidding capacity of the bidder should be equal to or more than the estimated cost of the work put to tender, calculated using the formula: Bidding capacity = {[A x N x 1.5] - B}, where A is the maximum turnover, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work (considered as 1), and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works. The bidder should submit the value of existing commitments and ongoing works, duly signed by a chartered accountant, along with Form F1 and F1A. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder is required to provide the cost of work in lakhs, the estimated cost, awarded value of work, and cost on completion of work. The bidder should also provide the percentage of progress of work, if applicable. The bidder should provide an undertaking that the list of works submitted is complete and no work has been left out, and that the information given is correct to their knowledge and belief.
