HOT OIL HEATER REFRACTORY WITH CALCIUM SILICATE BLOCK 75MM /50MM THK AND INSULATING FIRE BRICK-114MM THK IN ALL WALLS Hot Oil Refractory Repairs - Includes dismantling of damaged /loosened refractory lining (Brick-Block along with Anchorage) in all four walls of radiation zone upto arch, in full or part thereof, manual cleaning of casing plate from inside, Installation of new calcium silicate block of 75 mm/50mm thickness insulating castable, laying of SS quality foil, laying of insulating fire brick 114 mm thickness ( in both standard and special shapes, cutting and dressing as necessary, with mortar, expansion provisions, tie blocks and all other associated activities and peep hole blocks to complete the refractory lining work as per approved drawings, application procedure and ITP as per the instruction of the Engineer - in- Charge and scope of work. Supply of mortar materials are also included in the scope. (Welding of shell plate, V lugs, holding anchors etc. will be done by HOCL).

HOT OIL HEATER REFRACTORY WITH INSULATION CASTABLE WITH VARIOUS THICKNESS AT ALL ELEVATIONS INCLUDING SUPPLY OF INSULTING MATERIALS. Hot Oil Heater insulating castables includes removal of damaged insulation castables, and existing anchors and installations of new insulating castables with new anchors in Arch area, Convection zone, Corbles and other areas, as per design lining thickness using water proof quality shuttering materials. IT MAY BE NOTED THAT IN LOW ACCESSIBLE AREAS OF CONVECTION ZONE IF IDENTIFIED FOR REPAIR, THE SAME SHALL ALSO BE DONE BY CONTRACTOR. Necessary repair of casing plate/beams will be arranged by HOCL. Supply of Insulating Material, suitable water proof shuttering materials, removal of shutters after curing are also included in the scope. The work shall be done as per the instruction of the Engineer - in - Charge and scope of work

HOT OIL HEATER REFRACTORY AT BREECH/STACK AREA INCLUDING SUPPLY OF INSULATING CASTABLES 50MM THK. Hot oil heater Breech area insulation includes cleaning and removal off damaged insulation castables, and existing anchors and installations of new insulating castables with new anchors in the area of Breech, stack etc, as per design lining thickness using water proof quality shuttering materials. Supply of castables materials are also included in the scope. Removals of shuttering, bolting the man holes cover also included in the scope as per the instruction of Engineer - in - Charge and scope of work.
