OD3995/2023-2024:Supply and erection of 100 TR Evaporative condenser. It should be made of stainless steel 304 grade 1 mm thick casing, SS 304 grade 19 mm OD X 1.2 mm thick coil tubes and stainless steel 304 grade 2 mm thick tank including necessary 2 numbers (2 Nos) 30 inch dia size hot dipped galvenised 3 hp blower fan, 2 hp BIS standard/certified condenser water pump with BIS standard butterfly valve, GI suction pipe and discharge pipe and DN 65 mm schedule 80 MS pipe for ammonia line for inlet and DN 32 mm schedule 80 MS pipe for outlet. Pressure relief valve, Temperature and pressure gauges should be fitted onto the inlet and outlet line.(All valves should be as per IS 11132:1985 and valve testing as per IS 6157-I981. All markings of valves as per IS 9866-1981. Pressure relief valve, Temperature and pressure gauges should be fitted onto the inlet and outlet line. Axial type PPG fans with Aluminum Hub in aerofoil design. The fan motors shall be IE3 TEFC squirrel cage with IP 56 Protection and suitable for hot and humid air stream. The motors will be suitable for 415 V, 3 phases, 50 C/s, A.C. supply. The water spray arrangement will incorporate G.I. ‘B’ class water spray header & nozzles of synthetic material designed for heavy duty operation. Eliminators of efficient design made of G.I or PVC fill shall be incorporated in the fan section. A slope of 22mm/m shall be provided for condenser drain line towards receiver. All reduction in size shall be on vertical line. A minimum height (vertical leg) of 5 feet (1.5m) for ammonia shall be provided between condenser drain line and receiver inlet). OD3996/2023-2024:Supply and erection of "V" shaped refrigeration (trunk) coils, 381 running meter with 125 mm MS "C" class header, coils made from 32mm MS C class pipes, flanged globe valves, drain valves etc complete comply with BIS Standard IS 1239.1:2004, ammonia piping, applying anti corrosive primer and painting including cost of all materials, conveyance etc as per direction of department officers. OD3998/2023-2024:Supply and erection of Ammonia receiver of size 914 mm (36 inches) (D) X 6096 mm (20 feet) (L) with shell thickness 16 mm with base support made from material comply with BIS standard IS 2002-2019 Gr 2A or ASTM A 516 Gr 70 and as per BIS standard IS 2825-1969 (100% radiographed) with 40 mm drain pipe and valve, schedule 80 MS pipe for ammonia line meeting relevant Indian standard for pressure vessel, applying anti corrosive primer and painting etc complete including cost of all materials, conveyance etc as per direction of department officers. While connecting evaporative condensers parallelly to receiver, adequate measures such as "P" traps, required slops and schedule 80, MS 20mm pipe equalisation lines shall be provided to prevent any untoward incidents. All valves to be used shall be as per relevant BIS standard. Factories and Boilers approved test certificate, Material certificate and pressure test certificate as per relevant BIS standard IS 2825-1969 have to be submitted to the department. charging valve should be provided in a location where ammonia can be charged from cylinder in horizontal position. OD3999/2023-2024:Supply and erection of suitable size accumulator made of material comply with BIS standard IS 2002-2019 Gr 2A or ASTM A 516 Gr 70, 14 mm thickness having size of 1500mm (height) X 600mm (diameter) etc complete and as per BIS standard IS 2825-1969 (100% radiographed), schedule 80 ammonia pipes, applying anti corrosive primer and painting including cost of all materials, conveyance etc as per direction of department officers. (The liquid line cut off shall be worked both automatically and manually. Material certificate and pressure test certificate as per relevant BIS standard IS 2825-1969 have to be submitted to the department).

OD6022/2023-2024:Supply and installation of valves and gauges such as shut off/service valves, charging valve, Teflon (PTFE) seating pressure relief/safety valve, angle valves, liquid level gauge unit, pressure relief valve, purge valve, temperature and pressure gauges, electronic float switch, solenoid valve, strainer, hand expansion valve, flanged globe valve, mechanical floats (preferred make danfoss or equivalent) etc complete including cost of all materials, conveyance etc as per direction of department officers.

OD4023/2023-2024:Supply and fixing of tamarind wood frame of size 150 mm X 75 mm all around for ice can fixing, wooden ice can rest of size 75 mm X 75 mm at bottom of ice freezing tank and wooden cover for all ice cans of thickness 75 mm to accommodate 1000 ice cans etc complete including cost of all materials, conveyance etc as per direction of department officers.

OD6006/2023-2024:Supply and erection of suitable size agitator vertical type 18" impeller directly coupled to motor having complete packing arrangement and 400/440 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC supply, 10 hp squirrel cage induction motor and Soft starter having brass impeller/stirrer for the agitator, applying anti corrosive primer and painting etc complete including cost of all materials, conveyance etc as per direction of department officers.

OD4001/2023-2024:Supply and erection of suitable capacity trolley mounted electrically operated hoist having alloy steel made chains to lift load with crane ends, beams, rail supports and rails to lift 10 ice cans at a time, applying anti corrosive primer and painting etc complete including cost of all materials, conveyance etc as per direction of department officers. Material test certificate, operation and maintenance manual and load test certificate etc as per relevant BIS standards IS 3177:1999, IS.14470.1997 have to be submitted to the department.

OD4002/2023-2024:Supply and erection of suitable capacity trolley mounted hoist and chain block pulley which can be operated manually having triple spur gear system AND SMALL ELECTRIC HOIST TO LIFT 4 CANS, alloy steel made chains to lift load with crane ends, beams, rail supports and rails to lift 2 ice cans at a time in MANUALLY operated hoist AND to lift 4 ice cans at a time IN SMALL ELECTRIC HOIST (up and down movement only), applying anti corrosive primer and painting etc complete including cost of all materials, conveyance etc as per direction of department officers. Material test certificate, operation and maintenance manual and load test certificate etc as per relevant BIS standards IS 3177:1999, IS.14470.1997 have to be submitted to the department.

OD5053/2023-2024:Supply and erection of the following SCHEDULE 80 M.S pipes for suction line, discharge line and liquid line erection for the complete ice plant with required bends, strainers, necessary supporting brackets, pipe hangers, applying anti corrosive primer and painting etc complete including cost of all materials, conveyance etc as per direction of department officers.

OD4004/2023-2024:Supply and fixing of necessary suction line insulation with 100 mm thick Rigid Polyurethane Form material as per BIS standard 12436:1988, BIS 1322:1993, along with 0.8 mm thickness Galvanized Steel cladding over the PUF insulation to meet the required temperature gradient as per relevant BIS standard 14164:2008 complete including cost of all materials, labour charges, and including conveyance, freight, loading, unloading etc as per direction of department officers.

OD4020/2023-2024:Supply and fixing of 1000 numbers of 50 kg capacity each ice cans made out of galvanized Iron sheet 16 gauge 100 mm MS Iron flat as top stiffener. The arrangement is to build 100 sets of 5 cans at the electric hoist side and individual at manual operated hoist side together with 4 X ¼ inches [100 mm X 12 mm] flat belt with 1 ½ x 3 inches [ISMC 75 X 40] ‘C’ channel, lifting hooks complete comply with BIS Standard IS 1869:1961, applying anti corrosive primer and painting on metal surfaces etc complete including cost of all materials, conveyance etc as per direction of department officers.
