90.16.1.5:Supply and drawing bare earthing conductors of the following sizes along with wiring/ cables and giving connection as required4.75 mm copper conductor (6 SWG)

90.16.5.4:Supply of superior quality copper earth socket for the following size of earth conductor including crimping etc. as required.4.00 mm (8 SWG)

OD5200/2024-2025:Installation ,Testing and Commissioning of DG set upto 40 KVA with available load complete as required.

OD5201/2024-2025:Preparation of essential schematic Drawing, documentation, remitting statutory fees, meter testing and inspection etc. ,arranging inspection and liasoning work for getting approval from Electrical Inspectorate including complete work for approval as required. Fees applicable for the DG set to KSEB/Electrical Inspectorate.

OD5202/2024-2025:Supply, of 30 KVA/24KW Diesel Generator set with integral acoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms with standard accessories including all expense like transportation ,conveyance ,insurance ,loading,unloading and other incidental expense complete at site .The DG set must have the technical specifications given below . 1. Fuel Tank Suitable size built in type integrated with the acoustic enclosure Fuel connection shall be done as per standards ,Acoustic enclosure with doors at both sides. Acoustic Enclosure complying to IS 8183 ,should be minimum 75 dBA@1mtr at 75% load under free field conditions 8. Battery Suitable size built in type integrated battery with leads and terminals of appropriate AH capacity as per Manufactures requirement. Automatic Battery charger Solid state phase indication lamp for supply ON/OFF with HRC protection. Standard control panel with 12V Batteries. Standard control panel as per Kerala Electrical Inspectorate requirements, with suitable rated 4 pole MCCB and accessories such as Multi-function meter and separate Energy meter etc. Complete as required. The engine and the alternator should have a warranty for 24 months or 5000 hours of running hours .Battery, control panel acoustic enclosure should have warranty of 1 year after installation, testing and commissioning. Preferred make : Cummins DG Set X 2.6 G1.or equivalent as required.

OD5210/2024-2025:Supply and Installation with all supports to extent the Exhaust piping with MS ,Class B pipe of 75mm dia or suitable nearest size, heavy duty type including bend and flexible connector, MS support etc. with 2 coats of heat resistant painting complete as directed by the in charge at site condition.

OD5215/2024-2025:Scrapping and cleaning the surface and painting two coats of best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved color over two coat of epoxy based industrial primer on electrical panel including all cost.
