7.9:Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

9.1.34:Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.4 X 25 sq. mm (28mm)

14.2:Excavation for cable trenches of depth upto 1.2 m in soft soil including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

14.7:Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

90.12.5.42:Supply & laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1KV grade of the following sizes in the existing RCC/ HUME / STONE WARE/ GI/ DWC pipe as required.4 core 25 sq mm

90.12.7.42:Supply, laying and clamping of 1 no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable, 1.1 KV grade of the following sizes using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cms, making good the damages , colour washing etc. as required.4 core 25 sq mm with factory made clamp

90.12.9.2:Supplying, laying and jointing of the following sizes of double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made out of HDPE conforming to IS 14930 Part II for mechanical protection to underground power cables with all required accessories in ground in the existing trench50/38 mm or nearest size

90.16.1.4:Supply and drawing bare earthing conductors of the following sizes along with wiring/ cables and giving connection as required4.00 mm copper conductor ( 8 SWG)

90.16.5.4:Supply of superior quality copper earth socket for the following size of earth conductor including crimping etc. as required.4.00 mm (8 SWG)

90.16.5.5:Supply of superior quality copper earth socket for the following size of earth conductor including crimping etc. as required.4.75 mm (6 SWG)

OD4912/2024-2025:Supply and installation of wall mounting cubicle type CAPE make BRES 64 or equivalent Glass Fibre Reinforced Polyester energy meter enclosure IP66 ,1K 10 with hinged door 600 X 400 X 230 mm with supply and fixing of 63 A ,16 kA,4P,COS With BUC rotary drive kit, inter connection using 10 sqmm PVC insulated copper wire . Necessary holes are to be provided in the box for entry and exit of cable upto 16 sqmm and sealed the joint with suitable sealing agent etc and all fixing accessories complete as required.

OD4928/2024-2025:Supply, of 30 KVA/24KW Diesel Generator set with integral acoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms with standard accessories including all expense like transportation ,conveyance ,insurance ,loading,unloading and other incidental expense complete at site .The DG set must have the technical specifications given below . 1. Safety Controls for Engine a) Trip for low lubricating oil pressure b) Trip for high water temperature. 6. Brushless Alternator a) Make - Kirloskar/Crompton/Leroy somer/Stamford b) Type - Self exited and self-regulated. c) Capacity -30 KVA/ 24 KW @ 0.8PF d) System of Voltage - 3 phase, 415 V, e) Frequency - 50 Hz f) Insulation - Class F/H the Alternator should confirm to IS 4722. Operation and service manual, spares and tools shall be provided. Alternator should have Brushless type, Screen protected, Revolving field, Self-excited alternator conforming to IS/IEC 60034-17. Fuel Tank Suitable size built in type integrated with the acoustic enclosure Fuel connection shall be done as per standards ,Acoustic enclosure with doors at both sides. Acoustic Enclosure complying to IS 8183 ,should be minimum 75 dBA@1mtr at 75% load under free field conditions 8. Battery Suitable size built in type integrated battery with leads and terminals of appropriate AH capacity as per Manufactures requirement. Automatic Battery charger Solid state phase indication lamp for supply ON/OFF with HRC protection. Standard control panel with 12V Batteries. Standard control panel as per Kerala Electrical Inspectorate requirements, with suitable rated 4 pole MCCB and accessories such as Multi-function meter and separate Energy meter etc. Complete as required. The engine and the alternator should have a warranty for 24 months or 5000 hours of running hours .Battery, control panel acoustic enclosure should have warranty of 1 year after installation, testing and commissioning. Preferred make : Cummins DG Set X 2.6 G1.or equivalent as required.

OD4889/2024-2025:Supply and Installation with all supports to extent the Exhaust piping with MS ,Class B pipe of 75mm dia or suitable nearest size, heavy duty type including bend and flexible connector, MS support etc. with 2 coats of heat resistant painting complete as directed by the in charge at site condition.

OD4888/2024-2025:Supply and Making thermal insulation on existing MS exhaust pipe upto 100mm dia (using glass wool & Aluminium cladding) complete as required

OD4882/2024-2025:First Fillng of diesel in existing Diesel generator set including supply, conveyance and filling in existing DG set tank etc complete as required

OD4930/2024-2025:Installation ,Testing and Commissioning of DG set upto 40 KVA with available load complete as required.

OD4884/2024-2025:Supply and providing 6Kg stored pressure ABC Powder type Fire Extinguisher with hose and clamps including all fixing accessories and fixing it to wall as directed by Department officials complete.

OD4885/2024-2025:Supply and providing 12 mm thick,1m x 2m electrical grade Checkered type rubber mat to withstand 15 KV dielectric strength conforming to IS 5429 / 1969.

OD4886/2024-2025:Supply and providing single line diagram duly framed, laminated and placed in a conspicuous location for clear vision with all fixing accessories complete as required

OD4887/2024-2025:Supply and providing First Aid Chart duly laminated , framed and fixed in a conspicuous location for clear vision including all fixing accessories complete as required.

OD4890/2024-2025:Supply and providing 25x6 mm brass bolt and nut with washers on the existing MS box / earth bus etc. as required including drilling necessary holes as required

OD4931/2024-2025:Preparation of essential schematic Drawing, documentation, remitting statutory fees, meter testing and inspection etc. ,arranging inspection and liasoning work for getting approval from Electrical Inspectorate including complete work for approval as required. Fees applicable for the DG set to KSEB/Electrical Inspectorate.
