Fabricating and supplying special clamping arrangement for fixing an asymmetrical beam integral LED flood light on 50 mm dia GI pipe ring with two clamps each made out of 50 x 6mm MS flat and 8x40mm SS nuts and bolts for one luminaire. The clamps are to be linked with 40x6mm MS flat with suitable holes 8mm,10mm, or 12mm size with suitable size SS Bolt& Nut to fix the luminaire. All the items are to be painted with two coats of epoxy-based industrial primer of approved quality and two coats of epoxy paint of approved color as per drawing.

Supplying and making end termination nickel plated single compression brass cable gland for 2 core 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armored copper conductor cable 1.1 KV grade, including providing earth clip and superior quality copper cable socket.

Supply and fixing Cable Junction Boxes IP 67for outdoor applications (with knockouts for cable entry - Black Colour) suitable for cable sizes 2.5 sq. mm,93 X 93X 62 mm Hensel model No KF 0202 B or equivalent and accessories for Cable Junction Boxes such as Copper Terminal Set 2.5 sq. mm 5 Pole 1 No, Support for Terminal 1No including fixing the accessories using suitable size Stainless steel Bolt and nut, giving necessary connections, making good the damages, etc. as required.

Conveyance, installation, testing, and commissioning of departmentally supplied floodlight luminaire with a lamp on the existing tubular post of height up to 15m from ground level. All bolts and nuts shall be Stainless steel.

Supply and fixing IP 65 HENSEL 1 row 9 module( Model No KV 7109) KV thermoplastic circuit breaker boxes with PE + N Terminals on the surface using suitable size stainless steel screws.

Supply and fixing of LED flood light luminaire with a system wattage of 100W electrical class 1. The luminaire shall have an extruded anodized aluminum body and heat sink made of stretched Aluminum(6063). The luminaire must have a polycarbonate lens with light transmittance greater than 90% with a flammability rating of UL 94 V0 IP 66 tightness for the optical compartment and IP67 tightness for control gear compartment shall be ensured and impact resistance of IK 10 shall be ensured. The mounting bracket shall be made of cold-rolled steel sheet powder coated. The luminaire shall have a system efficiency of 120lm/w, CCT of 5700k and colour rendering index (CRI =70. Thepost shall be fixed by demolishing concrete for exposing reinforcement and supply and providing 12 mm thick MS flange of OD suitable for 50 mm heavy duty GI pipe with 4 numbers of 20 mm dia,75mm long GI dip galvanised anchor bolts for embedding in the concrete and the post is to be painted with two coats of best quality industrial epoxy paint over two coats of industrial epoxy primer. Cable entry provision by Inverted Y arrangement using heavy duty GI pipe and suitable flanges at the top for taking out cables and fixing departmentally supplied flood light and junction box making good the damages by filling the hole with 1:1.5:3 concrete mix , plastering ,colour washing etc complete
