The bidder should have experience of works of similar nature and type. The bidder should submit certificates of experience for completed works with quantity and amount within the past 7 years. The bidder must have experience of having successfully completed at least one similar work costing more than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to tender, for Government/Semi-Government clients during the last 5 years. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide information on their experience in similar works completed over the last six years, including the contract value. They should also provide details of all works in progress. The required information includes: - Employer's name, location, and type of contract - Name of the engineer responsible for supervision - Contract price and date - Percentage of participation of the company in the project - Value of work completed and certified - Percentage of partial completion - Scheduled date of completion A specific percentage of 5% per year is given as weightage to bring the annual financial turnover and cost of completed works of previous years to the current price level.
