Supplying, laying and jointing of the following sizes of double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made out of HDPE conforming to IS 14930 Part II for mechanical protection to underground power cables with all required accessories in ground in the existing trench63/50 mm or nearest size

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, andproviding masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc.(but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recessincluding painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same incase of recessed conduit as required.50 mm

Providing and fixing M.V. danger notice plate of 200 mm X 150 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2mmthick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Fabricating, supplying, conveying, lifting, and erecting tubular post of overall height 11.70 m using 150mm and 125mm of Heavy-duty G.I. Pipe sections having ISI mark and of approved quality(TATA,ZENITH, APOLLO) as per the drawing erected on a RCC footing, using 1:2:4 CC with nominal reinforcement and 6 Nos. of PCC well steining having 0.9m dia and 0.30m height with a muffing of 0.6mx0.6mx1m and 8 numbers of 20mm dia 2.50m long MS foundation bolts having 150mm long standard thread on both ends and 3Nos 20mm and 2Nos 20mm nuts at the top and bottom for each bolt.The post is to be provided with a 20mm thick MS flange of OD 300mm with 8 nos of 20mm bolt holes and a base plate of 600mm square 10mm thick with 8 Nos 20mm dia bolt holes embedded in the concrete 1.8m below ground level. The post should have a 1500mm dia ring made out of 50mm heavy GI pipe with cross supports using 40mm heavy GI pipe at the top for mounting the luminaries and its control gears. A 10mm thick MS flange having OD 300mm at 1200mm below the first ring mounted to the post. The top of the pipe should be sealed with 125mm table F Dummy flange. 12mm dia wire rope is to be provided for the entire length of the post as a mechanical support for the cables to the luminaries. Inverted Yarrangement using 50mm heavy GI pipe, flange, and dummy flange cover, and 75mm 4kgf/cm2 PVC pipe with a bend to be provided in the concrete muffing for taking out cables. 8 x 75mm stainless steel Bolt & Nut shall be used for fixing all the flange covers. The post is to be painted with two coats of UVresistant polyurethane paint of approved quality and color over two coats of best quality industrial epoxy primer and epoxy paint. All MS materials used for fabrication shall be dip galvanized

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 16m retractable high mast lighting system fabricated with mild steel plate conforming to BS EN10025 Grade S 355/IS 2062and 85 microns thick hot dip galvanised as per BSEN ISO 1461/IS 2629 continuosly tapered and 20 side polygon shaped folded sections having only one longitudinal weld and telescopic slip joints shall have an overlap not less than 1.5 times the diameter at the joint.The mast shall have an opening of 300x1000mm size with door and necessary reinforcements at the edges with vandal resistant locking arrangements.The mast shall withstand wind speeds upto 200 km/hr and maximum gust speeds of 3 seconds duration and shall be erected on RCC footing with foundation bolts as per the site condition(including construction of foundation with all materials and labour)and design should conform to ILE TR No.7 and IS 875 part 3.The 1200mm dia. Circular retractable lantern carriage in two halves joined by bolted flanges and lantern fixing arms and plates shall be suspended marine grade stainless steel wire ropes conforming to AISI 316 on non-corroding type pulleys with self lubricating bearings on stainless steel spindles for accommodating wire ropes and electrical cables with required load carrying capacity and shall have motorised lowering and hoisting arrangements with two winch drums with tested capacity and individual drum operation of each drum. The manual/power tool operated winch drive system shall have 3 phase 415VAc single speed electric motor of required power rating coupled with a self lubricating reduction gear box with bronze/LN 19 gears and SAE 140 Gear oil.The electrical multi core cable shall be EPR insulated PCP sheathed and cotton braided with flexible copper conductor. Local isolation facility is to be provided at the base of the mast employing MCBs and supply and installing a separate weather proof MS cubicle for housing electrical switch gears, 3 Nos.phase indication lamps, termination of the incoming four core cables upto 25sq.mm conductor size, 32A TPN Switch Disconnector Fuse, 3 phase distribution board conforming to IP 54 with 4 pole 25A 30mA RCCB and MCBs for controlling luminaires. single dial timeswitch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button,The mast shall be provided with lightning protection, lightning finial and LED type aviation obstruction lights mounted on the top with required earth electrodes as IS 3043 & IS 2309.Supply and installing the following on the mast:-Supply of 300WLED floodlight with60 degree beam angle Wipro/Havells/equivalent- 6 nos and Supply of 400W LED Flood lights with 30 degree beam angle of Wipro/Havells/equivalent - 2Nos .(Luminaire housing components to be extruded alumnium with high performance heat shrinks, heat resistant toughened glass, extruded with aluminium control gear compartment, LED make CREE LED/equivalent, colour temp-5700K +/- 300K,. LEDs are provided with secondary lens optics to get optimum optical performance.) -8 Nos.

Supply and fixing cubicle type dust and vermin proof 300x600x170 mm, (Mi 0400)Hensel make thermoplastic IP 65 junction box with lid including supplying and fixing 2 Nos Hensel make 10 sq. mm 5pole terminal set for phases and neutral in the existing masonry cubicle fixing the following items, including giving connection using 4.0 sqmm, PVC insulated copper wire , drilling necessary holes for termination as well as entry and exit of cable, terminating the earth wire in the earth strip etc complete.
