Providing and laying in position machine batched by weight machine mixed and machine vibrated design mixed cement concrete of specified grade for RCC Plinth beam , cement concrete structural elements using graded hard granite stone aggregate of maximum 20 mm nominal (down graded ) size obtained from approved quarry including fine aggregate conforming to latest IS 383 and cement all as per approved design mix proportions conforming to latest IS 10262 with cement content for durability shall be followed as per latest IS 456 including mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, compaction, finishing to required levels, curing etc. complete as per the specification including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, all labour charges, watering for curing etc complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement. Rate to include labour for keeping embedment if any where ever required while casting. Rate also include lift charges and scaffolding for all specified height/depths, levels from finished floor level/or ground level using RCC M20. (Design mix proportion shall clearly indicate cement :fine aggregates : coarse aggregate : water cement ratio and approval shall be obtained from Engineer in charge)
