Installation ,connection and commissioning of 2750 KVA
transformer.
The scope of work includes leading the transformer to the bay using guides, fixing and positioning on the foundation
locks. The scope of work shall also include reconnection of 3x300/400 cable on HT& MV sides using proper end termination kits, all control & earth cables / strips, cleaning the work site, charging and commissioning, All nut, bolts and washers must be replaced by new one. All tools and tackles required for the work shall be brought by the
contractor. The material like cable lugs, cable glands etc shall be supplied by the contractor. All the civil/mechanical
works including the necessary materials required for the successful completion of the work shall be under the scope of contractor. Minor civil works on the damaged walls/floors while leading the transformer shall be arranged by the
contractor.

Fabrication and supply of LT cable terminal box:
The scope of work includes Fabrication; and supply of
600x600x300 mm M.S terminal box .The thickness of the sheet shall not be less than 3 mm. and the box shall be
neatly painted.

Disconnection, leading, loading , transporting and unloading the Kirloskar make 1600 kVA 11/3.3kV
transformer from Intake well pump substation to Thermal plant. The scope of work includes disconnection of power & control cables, earth cables /strips, leading the transformer to out side of the bay using guides after removing foundation locks, lifting and loading the transformer to the vehicle arranged by contractor. The transformer shall be tied firmly with vehicle using chain pulleys etc. The scope of work shall also include minor civil works if any for transporting to the thermal plant and unloading at site , leading the transformer to the bay using guides, fixing and positioning to the foundation locks. Clearing the passage from transformer bay to the vehicle shall be in contractor's scope.The contractor should take all necessary precautions to ensure that no damage is occured to the transformer during handling or transportation. The power and control circuit terminations (HV & MV) need not be connected. All tools and tackles required for the work shall be brought by the contractor.
