Replacing/ repairing of LED /CFL / incandescent light fitting. Repair scope includes dismantling the old fitting, fixing new components , reconnecting and servicing all lamps in the fitting.

Replacing of faulty ceiling / exhaust fan with spare unit and servicing.

Site repair / replacing defective condenser of ceiling / exhaust fan etc. and servicing.

Repair/ replacing of high bay fixtures (above 5 M) of light fittings(Tube/ MV/SV) / ceiling fans / exhaust fans at ceilings of MKK Nair Hall or similar locations

Repair / replacing defective 5A / 15 A single pole, one / two way switch, 5 / 15A plug socket with / without switch, resistance type or electronic type regulator for ceiling fans, bell push switch or buzzer and servicing the unit and normalising.

Fixing / Replacing ICDP,ICTP isolator switch / MCB up to 63Amps - 4 pole rating. Work includes fixing the item on switch board /wall /structure, disconnection /connection of cables/wires etc. and servicing.

Replacing of of MCB DB-Three phase 4 way with a spare. Work includes removing old, fixing new DB and connecting back all cables/ wires and servicing.

Replacing switchboards of size upto 8x6 inches. Work shall include dismantling existing switchboard, fixing the new switchboard, fixing switches / plug sockets / regulators etc., giving connections as required, and servicing

Replacing switchboards of size above 8x6 inches. Work shall include dismantling existing switchboard, fixing the new switchboard properly, fixing switches / plug sockets / regulators etc., giving connections as required and servicing.

Providing temporary / additional light fittings such as flood light / SV / MV / Fl. tube / halogen lamp fittings for public functions or similar purpose in township area , disconnecting and returning the same after such requirement.

Servicing of 415V Feeder pillars by cleaning the cubicle thoroughly, replacing damaged components if any, re-terminating /re-crimping cables, replacing connection bolts /nuts /washers /screws if required, correcting the tightness of all power, control and earth connections, replacing /servicing /lubricating door hinges, patch painting etc. The scope of work also includes clearing bush growth to a radius of two meters around the feeder pillar. All materials required for the work will be supplied by FACT as free issue

Re-clamping of hanging cables/ repair of damaged wirings etc.

Attending no-supply / partial supply calls in quarters / offices in township area in day shifts on working days and normalizing supply. Contractor / Contractor's electrician shall be available over mobile phone to attend such no supply call during day time. Vehicle for to and fro travel of the crew shall be in contractor’s scope. The rate quoted shall be for attending the call promptly, reporting at site within time frame and completethe work satisfactorily as directed by FACT electrical shift-in-charge / engineer.The rate offered is based on number of no supply complaints attended. The rate is applicable for minor jobs and not covered in any of the items of this schedule

Excavation of existing / new cable trenches in ordinary soil for laying new /repaired cable, refilling the trench and consolidating. All the materials such as sand, brick etc. as required will be issued by FACT free of cost.

Replacing storage type/online water heaters by disconnecting and removing the existing defective unit, installing new unit on existing/new fixtures, connecting and servicing. All materials required for the work will be supplied by the company as free issue.

Laying earth cables to switch boards / main switches / DBs in quarters / offices by tying to the existing wirings on walls.

Point wiring with independent control for light / fan /5A or 15A plug sockets / MCB, using multy pair cable / PVC conduit / PVC casing and caping system for a running length up to 10mtrs, as per relevant drawings or instructions from FACT engineer. The work shall include wiring along wall / column / ceiling using suitable grips / clamps / screws, drawing wires as required, preperation and fixing of switch boards, switches / plug sockets fan regulators etc, fixing celing roses on suitable junction boxes, drawing earth wires for plug sockets / body earthing ometal clad items, connecting, testing and commissioning. Wiring of plug socket on common switchboard shall be considered as half point and wiring a plug socket in a separate independent location shall be considered as one point. For a point wirng, if pipe length exceeds 10m, it shall be considered as one and a half point.

Locating circuit faults at normal elevations / below ceiling level and rectifying the fault by repairing / replacing cables/ replacing junction boxes etc.

Clearing of vegetation / wild plant growth around street light posts / feeder pillars to a radius of two meters. The bushes shall be completely uprooted and removed from the area, to an earmarked / recommended location. Rate quoted shall be on per post / feeder pillar basis.

Clearing of bush growth around substation buildings in township area and cleaning the inside and terrace of substation building. The work scope is clearing bushes inside entire fenced compound or upto to a distance of 3 meters from the wall around the building on all sides in the case of unfenced stations. Removed bushed shall be disposed off as instructed by FACT supervisor. The rate quoted shabe for each cleaning activity per substation basis.

Servicing of earth pits by clearing all vegetation / debris around pits, lifting cover slab / plate, replacing all defective pit internals, cleaning and correcting the connections, checking continuity, repairing the pit side wall to original shape / finish, repairing the water line to the pit, replacing water funnel etc. and placing back the cover slab / plate.

Commissioning of single phase Energy meter at consumer end. Scope include fixing of energy meter box / board at suitable location near main power isolator as per site conditions as directed by FACT Engineer , mounting and wiring of meter / fuse carrier / neutral link etc., and servicing.

Fabrication Painting and erection of structural steel items for cable trays / racks/ lamp posts/ Pillar boxes / roofings etc.

Repair/ replacement of damaged fuse units up to 63 Amps in circuits/ DB/ piller boxes

Supply of skilled electricians with valid wireman license for attending miscellaneous electrical jobs on Eight Hrs. working per day basis.

Supply of unskilled labours for general house keeping, assisting skilled electricians etc. on eight working Hrs. per day basis.
