Providing metalling leveling course as semi grout for filling pot holes and dips in road using departmental materials viz; 36 mm metal & VG-30 bitumen @ 27.50 Kg/Cu.m of metal after forming the potholes to regular shape, removing loose and defective material,applying hot bitumen with pressure sprayer and compacting with power roller / iron rammer to get a compact surface including hire for roller, boiler, sprayers, cost of fuel and oil, wire brushes, pouring cans, lighting, watching and other sundry stores etc.complete as instructed at site (Measurement will be based on stack measurement for 36 mm broken stone vide seperate item)

Providing bitumen premix layer for leveling the severely damaged portion of road and to obtain a level surface using departmental materials viz; 24-36 mm graded stone aggregate & VG -30 bitumen @ 54.25 Kg/Cu.m of metal (48 kg/m3 for metal and 6.25 kg/m3 for tack coat) after forming the potholes to regular shape, removing loose and defective material, applying hot bitumen with sprayer as tack coat,laying hot premix and rolling until coarse aggregate has a firm surface including hire for roller, boiler, sprayers,wire brushes, pouring cans etc, cost of fuel, oil etc, lighting, watching and other sundry stores etc.complete including charges for picking the existing damaged road surface to the required depth and removing all waste/earth etc.from the road surface (Measurement will be based on stack measurement for 24-36 mm graded stone aggregate)

Providing an extra premix layer for leveling the severely damaged portion of road and to obtain a level surface to receive chipping carpet using departmental materials viz; 12 mm stone aggregate & bitumen @ 54.25 Kg/Cu.m of metal (VG-30 grade 48 kg/m3 for metal and VG-10 grade 6.25 kg/m3 for tack coat) after forming the potholes to regular shape, removing loose and defective material, applying hot bitumen with sprayer as tack coat,laying hot premix and rolling until coarse aggregate has a firm surface including hire for roller, boiler, sprayers,wire brushes, pouring cans etc, cost of fuel, oil etc, lighting, watching and other sundry stores etc.complete including charges for picking the existing damaged road surface to the required depth and removing all waste/earth etc.from the road surface (Measurement will be based on stack measurement vide item of 12 mm broken stone)

Providing 20 mm thick pre-mixed chipping carpet using departmental materials (broken stone, VG 30 Bitumen etc) after thoroughly cleaning the base with compressed air, wire brushes, brass brooms (cleaning charges vide seperate item) and applying a bitumen tack coat 3 Kg /10 Sq.m and spreading the premix formed of 0.27 Cu.m of 12 mm broken stone & 12.96 Kg of bitumen / 10 Sq.m, rolling to dense surface, then applying another bitumen tack coat @ 3 Kg/10 sqm, spreading the seal coat comprising of hot premix of 0.09 Cu.m of 6 mm broken stone & 8.64 Kg of bitumen / 10 Sq.m against rolling including spreading a thin layer of departmental fine aggregate after completion including all labour charges , hire for roller , boiler , mixer , compressor unit, wheel barrows , sprayers , wire brushes, cost of fuel , oil and other sundry stores etc.complete (Total usage of VG-30 bitumen 27.60 Kg / 10 m2)

Providing 40 mm pre-mix Bituminous Mecadam over the existing cleaned metalled surface of road with departmental broken stones and bitumen by applying a tack coat of bitumen 3 Kg / 10.Sq.m and spreading the hot pre-mix (formed of 0.32 Cu.m of 24 mm broken stone, 0.22 Cu.m of 12 mm broken stone and 25.92 Kg bitumen/ 10 Sq.m) to template rolling to dense compact surface, then spreading the seal coat (comprising of hot pre-mix of 0.09 Cu.m of 6 mm broken stones and 8.64 Kg of bitumen per 10 Sq.m) over a tack coat of bitumen @ 3Kg/10 Sq.m , rolling again to smooth finish, finally spreading fine aggregate(quarry dust) and rolling if required including cost of oils and fuels, hire for boiler,sprayer,roller and brushes etc. complete.( Total usage of VG 30 bitumen 40.56 Kg/ 10 Sq.m).

Dismantling CC/RCC works including separately removing & stacking available reinforcement & clearing away the debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m.

Providing JCB Excavator or similar equipment for the removal of earth, waste, debris etc.including equipment hire charges, fuel charges, and operator’s charges etc.complete.

Providing back dumping truck of 10 MT capacity (Tipper Lorry) for transporting earth, waste,debris etc including hire charges for truck, fuel charges and operator’s charges etc.complete (Min.8 Hrs per day).
