The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should be "Construction of building with RCC framed structure along with Electrical & Plumbing work". The required experience can be in the form of: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Two similar works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, - One similar work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of work shall be including GST and the cost of free issue materials shall not be included in the completed value of works. The completion certificates must clearly mention the tax component. The value of work executed shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The percentages of similar works completed are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost put to tender for three, two, and one similar works respectively. The amount is not specified, but it is mentioned that the value of work shall include GST.
