The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have undertaken any one of the following works: - One single order of Health care human resource manpower supply not less than Rs.1,65,00,000/- (80% of the work value to be executed). - Two orders of Health care human resource manpower supply not less than Rs.1,04,00,000/- (50% of the work value to be executed) - Three orders of Health care human resource manpower supply not less than Rs.83,00,000/- (40% of the work value to be executed) In terms of evaluation criteria, the technical evaluation of the bid shall be based on the following criteria: * Total experience of the firm: - 3 to 6 years: 5 marks - 6 to 10 years: 10 marks - > 10 years: 15 marks * Number of years of experience in relevant area in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies/PSUs: - 3 to 6 years: 10 marks - 6 to 10 years: 20 marks - > 10 years: 25 marks The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Present operational contracts in the relevant field: - 0 to 1 contract: 10 (value) and 20 (percentage) - 2 to 3 contracts: 15 (value) - > 4 contracts: 20 (value) The bidder's average annual turnover of the previous three financial years is mentioned as 20 (value) and 10 (percentage).
