A chemical treatment for pests and vegetation control, 100 mm thick soling with soling stone 75 mm and below and blinding materials, providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 75 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification, providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam,minimum 30mm thickness including spraying bitumen emulsion at the rate of 0.75kg/sqm and bituminous concrete, minimum 20mm thickness including spraying bitumen emulsion at the rate of 0.2kg/sqm using bitumen 60/70 grade and laying to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with 8-10MT roller to achieve the desired compaction and finish, constructing a drain of proprietary design with cover to dispose the field water and to receive the synthetic surface complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Gratings over drain will be measured and paid seperately)

od27071/2017_2018 : Supply of International Tennis Federation ( ITF) classified/Recognized standard category 3 medium Tennis acrylic surface (8layer) according to International Tennis Federation approved drawings, specifications, methodology. The materials required are a suitable acrylic surface, which consists of a primer coat(if required) , filling of crack and levelling the surface with suitable acrylic surface and levelling compound, resurfacer/ pore filler , of cushion system, premixed acrylic topping and concentrated final acrylic layer with game line markings. All these materials should be ITF approved. The supply to include all taxes, duties, levies,GST, VAT,Service tax , excise duty and other charges, applicable taxes, but excluding custom duty which considered as exempted. On net delivered to site basis all complete.Design, receive material, installation testing commissioning of synthetic surface for Tennis courts including, laying, the synthetic surface over the base with all ancillary works, all according to methodology and drawings and specifications, approved by ITF including line marking to ITF specification etc all complete.

od27532/2017_2018 : SUPPLYING AND PROVIDING CHAIN LINK FENCING 1.80 M HEIGHT : Fabrication supply and fixing 50mm dia B class GI pipe at an interval of 2.00 m c/c in foundation of 45x45x45 cm in cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40 mm broken stone, fabrication supply and fixing frame of overall size 2.00 m x1.8m made out of M.S angles 30x30x5mm, with one vertical support at middle (20 x6 mm MS flat),fixing GI chain link fabric fencing of 2.00 m width and 1.80m height in mesh size 50x50mm made of GI wire of 4mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5mm in required colour and shade, drilling holes on the angle and M.S flat @ 30cm intervals, fixing chain link to the frame using 20 x6 mm MS flat over MS angle frame with a middle vertical flat using bolts, nuts, washers at all sides,including including fixing of frame in to the GI posts, cost inclusive of all materials, cutting angles and flats to required length, welding, drilling necessary holes on the angle iron and flat, labour and all other charges fabrication and fixing, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour after applying a coat of zich rich primer and necessary gate.etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge and drawings. (Earth work and concrete will be measured seperately)-for Thrissur dist.

16.68 : Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M - 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Electrical Works

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 9 m height GI pipe sports lighting system having LED flood light luminares and all other accessories - 150WX 3 nos each with brackets suitable for mounting three flood lighting luminaires.There shall be built in junction box with prewired MCB's for each lamp ,terminal connectors for loop in loop out. The work also includes earthing with GI strip as per IS 3043 for each mast etc. From each MCB's to lumianires minimum of 3Cx2.5Sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor shall be provided. Design and supply of all materials and casting of suitable shallow foundation using M25 concrete for the pole considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site,at suitable depth as per the approved drawing, and supply a set of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers anchor plates and templates for each mast. The erection of the pole should be done with the help of suitable equipments.

Supply of 4 corex 6sq.mm 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured Al conductor cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part 1) amended upto date.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size up to 35Sqmm direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation and refilling the trench etc. as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) on wall surface as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4X 6 sqmm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Providing and fixing 12 SWG dia copper on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing cable as required.
