Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. (The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works).

Dismantling tiled roofing with battens, boarding etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 meters span and 5 meters height including stacking the material within 50 meters lead, of sectional area 40 square centimetres and above.

Supplying and fixing Anjily wood wrought and put up for roof members including cost and conveyance of materials etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing Dept. wood wrought and put up for roof members including cost and conveyance of materials etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing Anjily wood reapers of size 50x25 mm with wire nails including cost and conveyance of materials etc. complete.

Providing & fixing on roof pressed clay tile of 20 mm nominal thickness and of approved size and as per approved pattern.

Providing & laying on roof pressed clay tile ridge of 20mm thickness and of approved pattern.

Providing valleys of 90 cm wide overall in plain G.S. sheet, 1.60 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gm/ m2, fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limper and bitumen washers complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Pressure washing throughly with water, twice, using compressor and with necessary detergents to clear out all the rubbish and algae growth on the external faces of the walls of the structure as per direcion of departmental officers at site, including all the charges of compressor, labour and other materials etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign with 7 years warranty manufactured as per IRC :67 made of Type IV micro prismatic grade sheeting fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick/ aluminium composit material sheeting 4 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm, with suitable back supporting frame of MS angle 40x40x6 and supported on GI pipe pole 50mm NB confirming to IS 1239 firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete min size 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level including painting all exposed surface with 2 coats of epoxy painting over epoxy primer and as per approved drawing and clause 801 including lettering symbols etc.

Applying one or more coats of CNS(Cashew Nut shell) oil to the wooden roof members, both new and existing, in the ratio 1:1 with diesel, after dusting and cleaning the surface, including cost of materials, labour charges, charges for scaffolding etc complete as per direction of departmental officers at site.

Providing cement mortar bordering to tiled roof, about 65cm2 in cross section area, and to fix ridge tiles, using cement morter 1:2(1 cement:2 coarse sand) including cost of materials, labour charges, charges for scaffolding, etc complete as per direction of departmental officers at site.
