Thoroughly scrubbing, scrapping and cleaning thickly painted / colour washed surface in several layers using proper tools and different grade sand papers without making any damages in the wall / ornamental cladding works and rectifying the petty damages wherever seen using proper materials to match the existing under the supervision of departmental officer at site.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of structure, up to seven story height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia MS tube, placed 1.50 m centre to centre, horizontal and vertical tubes jointing with cup and lock system with M.S Tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and stair case system in the scaffolding for working platform etc and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connected with the buildings etc wherever required for the inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per direction of the engineer in-charge. The elevation of the scaffolding shall be measured for the payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Hire and labour charges for providing putting up view cutter with green shade net over the scaffolding which already provided including hire charges of shade net and labour charges for fixing and dismantling after completion of works etc. complete.

Repairs works to the ornamental works such as cornice, cladding works etc. with appropriate materials including all cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete under the supervision of departmental officer at site.

Filling the cracks of the foundation on vertical and horizontal surface with SEAL ARM PU (pigmented Polyurethane) sealant after thoroughly cleaning the surface with wire brush and remove deleterious materials such as dust, dirt etc complete including all the cost of materials and labour charges for application of the same, as per the direction of the departmental officers and the company supervisors.

Surface coating with two coats of Flo Arm coat PUV (MYK SHOMBURG) over a coat of prime seal (Base and hardener 2:1 ratio) inside the water retaining area of fountain, as per the direction of the departmental officer and the company supervisors.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 in width as well as 10 sq m on plan including disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.50 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed All kinds of soil for stone pitching around the foundation area.

Earth work in excavation of all kinds of soil by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m, for duct around the foundation.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 grades stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size), excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and laying granite slab 50 mm or nearest available thick punched at top for avoid slipping, over a base of 100 mm thick sand including all cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

Providing and fixing grill over the duct with 20 x 20 mm square rod for horizontal and cross @ 5 cm c/c 45 cm wide including painting with synthetic enamel paint over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint as per the drawing and as directed by the engineer–in–charge etc. complete.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications, two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Painting the ornamental works with suitable paint as per the direction of the departmental officer, including cost of paint & labour charges etc..

Providing and fixing cast iron ornamental works in form of flower vase etc in place of missing/damaged ones of fountain, including repair works, painting etc. complete as per the direction of the departmental officer at site.

Electrification, plumbing and allied works including pump, under water lights etc for fountain as per the direction of Museum authorities.

Comprehensive documentation in graphics, photo and video before, while and after completion of the work.
