Supplying and fixing Anjili wood reapers of size 50x25 mm with wire nails including cost and conveyance of materials etc. complete.

Providing valleys of 90 cm wide overall in plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limper and bitumen washers complete: 1.60 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gm/ m2.

Providing & fixing on roof pressed clay tile of 20 mm nominal thickness and of approved size and as per approved pattern.

Providing & fixing departmental pressed clay tile on roof of 20 mm nominal thickness and of approved size and as per approved pattern.

Providing & laying on roof pressed clay tile ridge of 20mm thickness and of approved pattern.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of structure, up to seven story height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia MS tube, placed 1.50 m centre to centre, horizontal and vertical tubes jointing with cup and lock system with M.S Tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and stair case system in the scaffolding for working platform etc and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connected with the buildings etc wherever required for the inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per direction of the engineer in-charge. The elevation of the scaffolding shall be measured for the payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Applying one or more coats of CNS (Cashew Nut shell) oil to the wooden roof members, both new and existing, in the ratio 1:1 with diesel, after dusting and cleaning the surface, including cost of materials, labour charges, charges for scaffolding etc complete as per direction of departmental officers at site.

Providing cement mortar bordering to tiled roof, about 65cm2 in cross section area, and to fix ridge tiles, using cement morter 1:2(1 cement:2 coarse sand) including cost of materials, labour charges, charges for scaffolding, etc complete as per direction of departmental officers at site.

Documentation of the monument in the form of photos before, during and after the conservation work for future references.
