Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants,scaffolding etc complete as directed.

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.13.9.2 20 mm cement plaster e including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants,scaffolding etc complete as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge ,including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants,scaffolding etc complete as directed.

Providing and laying factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete of approved quality in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as perdirection of Engineer-in-charge ,including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants,scaffolding etc complete as directed.

Providing and fixing illuminationLighthouse display board of size 2.00 x 1.20m, outer frame made out25mm G.E square allround frame work and 25mm GE square tubes intermediate section of1.2mtr length 2nos, vertical legs of 50mm GI pipe,C class- 3.50m total height,stay pipe of 50mm GI pipe,C class of 1.5 mtr length on both legs with aluminium sheet 16 gauge, and matter printed in trilingual on vinyl sheet of superior quality and to be pasted on board with suitable nut & bolts ,welding as per required and painting two coat of Apoxy paint above a coat of apoxy primer , board to be fitted at suitable place with cement concrete as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding etc complete.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint (Asian / Berger/or equivalent) of approved brand and colour to the kerb stones after, compound walls, scrapping, preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. on wall surface as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two Coats over a coat of water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing,supplying and erection of Gazebo for with seating arrangement (Drawing No: Coc/GZB/2023/001) using Framework of Main Vertical support of 150x150x4mm and 100x50x3 mm tubular sections as horizontal members and 50x50x3.6mm as rafter members and 25x25x2 mm as purlin for support of mangalore tiles, flooring with vertified tiles & seating with granite, aluminum partly fixed and partly sliding window with frame and shutter & aluminum door with builtup standard tubular section /appropriate z section and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285 as directed by engineer in charge, transportation including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants ,scafolding etc complete as per drawing.(art and craft shop, coffee shop,and ayurvedic rejuvination center).

Design supply & installation of suspended Spider Glazing system for Lighthouse Visitor balcony ,bottom designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins 21 mm thick. The Glass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/ beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2mm using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof. The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing including approval from structural designer, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete. For the purpose of payment, actual elevation area of Glazing including thickness of joints and the portion of Glass panel inside the SS channel shall be measured.

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure) including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, etc. Complete as directed.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete including cost of suplly of materials ,all charges etc complete as directed.
