Painting with Acrylic emulsion paint (Asian / Berger/or equivalent) of required shade of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade to the interior side of Tower after removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches and applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants , scaffolding etc complete.

Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour (Asian/Berger) to previously painted wooden door, window with guard bars . after removing rust, sand papering, applying metal/wood primer where ever required, including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants,saffolding etc. complete.

Painting two coats with premium quality Floor paint (Asian / Berger/or equivalent) of approved brand and colour to the Existing pavers block after cleaning with presurized jet water scrapping, preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. on floor surface as directed including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. complete, as directed .

Providing and fixing Cast Iron garden lamps of height 0.9m of approved quality at locations directed including all fittings with all wiring charges, all materials, labours,tools and plants,cemnet concrete for (0.3x0.3x0.45)m base etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Bio Toilet block of stainless steel premium modular toilet of size 1.2m x 1.2m x 2.1m with ventilator SS wash basin, plumbing charges, with necessary excavation and preperation of base with block masonry/concrete, plastering, painting etc. including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, accesories,tranportaion,loading and unloading charges etc. Complete.

Design supply & installation of suspended Spider Glazing system for Lighthouse Visitor balcony ,bottom designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins 21 mm thick. The Glass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/ beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2mm using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof. The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing including approval from structural designer, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete. For the purpose of payment, actual elevation area of Glazing including thickness of joints and the portion of Glass panel inside the SS channel shall be measured.

Providing and fixing Walkway Shade at road toward the Lighthouse of size 6.00mlength x4.00m width x 4.00m height made out of 75mm C class G I pipe vertical @ 1.00m c/c 4.00m height and bend to the top with bending machin to U shape with 200x200x8mm base plate 2 no.s for each pipe at bottom with nut bolts,and 5 horizontal members of 50mm C class GI pipe each at bottom side, top side and at middle of top connected to the vertical section with 150x150x8mm base plate 2 nos for each horizontal pipe on sides with nuts bolts. Covering the top and side up to 1.50m height with polycarbonate sheet of approved quality. The vertical posts to be fixed on the side of road in cement concrete (45x45x50cm) in 1:2:4 with side shuttering and anchor bolts for base plate, plastering in C:M 1:4 as directed. Painting with 2 coats synthetic enamel paint above a coat of primer to the G I pipes with green colour to have an eco friendly look. including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, accesories,tranportaion,loading and unloading charges, scaffolding etc. Complete as directed.
