These procured spares as well as the replaced un serviceable/ old parts except consumable like O rings, rubber parts etc. should get inspected by the Engineer who is the in-charge of the work and these un serviceable/ old spares should be returned to dept for realization of payment If the spares are not available in market produce these items himself or its production should be arranged by the contractor.
