Providing and fixing semi unitised vertical structural glazing system with insulated unit for vision panel and single glass for spandrel panel of approved make having main frame of verticals and horizontals made out of specially designed extruded aluminium sections to withstand wind pressure of 150 Kg/m2 at a height of 40m. The extruded aluminium section shall be anodized in approved colour. Any other fastening straps, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers etc. shall be in stainles steel SS 304 grade.Vision panel - insulated glass unit in board lite shall be clear annealed glass of 6mm thickness as designed and specified by the C-DAC official.Out board glass shall be heat strengthened Saint Gobain (cool lite series) glass or approved equivalent.Thickness of the glass is 6mm.The insulated glass shall be hermetically sealed with the two lites of glass as mentioned above with 12mm air space with aluminium spacers and using primary sealant as poly-Isobutylene and secondary sealant be Dow corning or equivalent approved. Rate for double glazed unit ( DGU ).
