Providing and fixing frameless Patch fitted glass door with 12mm thick clear float toughened glass of size (2.4 x 0.9/1.0/1.2) m with double acting floor springs and related patch fittings of Dorma/Geze or approved equivalent make including all necessary hardware and accessories such as 450 mm SS H-handles, Mortise lock with one side knob and other side key, pivot etc. Make: Geze or equivalent.

Providing and fixing suspended Seamless Gypboard false ceiling in all shapes and design, which includes providing and fixing GI perimeter channels of size 0.55 mm thk having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm and a web of 27 mm along with a perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610 mm centers. Then suspending GI intermediate channels of size 45 mm, 0.9 mm thk with two flanges of 15 mm each from the soffit at 1220 with ceiling angle of width 25 mm x 10 mm x 0.55 mm thk fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.55 mm thickness having knurled web of 501.5 mm and 2 flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm are then fixed to the intermediate channels with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457 mm centres 12.5 mm tapered edge gypboard (conforming to IS: 20951982) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25 mm dry wall screws at 230 mm centers. Rate to be inclusive of cutting and making good the ceiling for AC ducts, grills, diffusers, lights, trapdoors etc; fixing of any additional ply or padding as support for light fixtures, AC fixturees etc complete the work with any stepping if required as per design. Providing and fixing clear toughened float glass of 12mm thick, which will be held within the embedded Slim anodised aluminium channels at top and bottom fixed to the floor and ceiling with appropriate type Hilti/Fischer make ss fastener.The glass to glass joints will be sealed with approved transparent weather sealant. Supplying and fixing Sun control film 25 Micron thick(Garware) of approved colour for glazing panels of windows,ventilators, partitions and doors etc in all floors.

Dismantling existing brick/mortar base and making good the floor surface to receive new floor finish, disposing of unserviceable materials from the campus as directed by the engineer-in-charge.(Chipping 2 window sill mortar to a maximum of 6cm dpth for 2m length each).

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut granite slab, mirror polished of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4, joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch-ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing edges to high gloss finish etc; at all heights. Laying CAT 6 able along with required PVC Pipe under floor trenches and wall on existing floor.Conduits and HDPE pipe shall be laid below the flooring finished levels as per the site conditions or through partitions with all accessories. The rate shall include cutting/chipping floor to the required sizes on existing floor for laying conduits for data, telephone cables etc. The rate shall include the cost of conduits and accessories. The rate shall also include the activity of clearing the debris generated from the preparation of trenches.
