Tachogenerators and RPM indicators of TD auxiliaries (TGs, TDAC, Vertical aux) Job Involves : - (a) Supply and Renewal of Tachogenerator, Matching Module and Voltmewter/ammeter (Qty- 12 each) (b) Calibration of Tachogenerator, Matching Module and Voltmewter/ammeter (Qty- 40 each) (c) Supply and renewal of signal amplification and converter module ( 12 set) (d) Supply and Renewal of Power supply Cable between Tachogenerator and Matching Module, Matching Module to Voltmeter/Ammeter/ PΓ panel/ I/O device (1X5 core wire, L-500 mtr) (e) Supply and renewal of analog / digital indicators with signal conversion unit .- 4nos (f) ) STW of the same post fitment including grounding.

TDAC(SERVICE COST)

1.11.5 When the service life (10000 to 12000 hours) is over, replace the following components:- 1.11.5.1. Pressure relay, type д21k1, Qty - 24 each 1.11.5.2. Electric motors, type aдh-100 and дm160mb4, Qty -04 1.11.5.3. Electric magnet, type эm33-71311, Qty - 12 each. 1.11.5.4 Voltmeter, type m1618t, Qty -10 each 1.11.5.5 Micro switch, type д-311 , Qty - 12 each . 1.11.6 Carry out calibration of feed regulator and complete flushing through of the system.1. Provsion to be made for additional RTD fitment and feed back of temperature, salinity parameters to intigrated panel in PDCR. 2. Renewal of pressure sensors(04) & RPM sensors (04) 3 Renewal of Danfoss pressure relays (24 each) 4. Renewal of voltmeter (10) 5. Renewal of limit switches (10) 6. Renewal of digital condenser level indicator (04)

TG (SERVICE COST)

SR routines of 06 TGs. (1500KW, Qty-06). Work package involves: 3.7.1 Replace the following (where applicable) 3.7.1.1 Thermo-couple 3.7.1.2 Electrical temperature indicator. 3.7.1.3 Tacho-meter transmitter. 3.7.1.4 Ball and roller bearing of pump motor. 3.195.1 Check the emergency protection for proper operation on the running turbo generator as per operating instruction. 3.195.2. Test the grounding (bonding straps) continuity of the devices, replace if necessary 3.195.3. Check all fuses and relays, replace if necessary. Lcp panel 3.195.4. Carry out calibration of each transducer/sensors and meters in the control system.

Watchkeeping Panel(MATERIAL COST)

Refurbishment of main watchkeeper control post in PDCR (Machinery Control Room), Forward and AFt ERCR (Engine Control Room) and Fuel control panels (PUNS). Job Involves: - (a) Renewal SCADA system in PDCR and SPDCR with additional critical data input of all TD Aux, MD auxiliaries, RO plant, Ref plant, HP Air Compressor, DG (RPM, Vacuum, Salinity, Lub oil pressure, Discharge pressure, level etc) (b) Renewal of power supply and commmunication cabling from field to PDCR & SPDCR (1X5 core wire, L 3000 mtr), (OFC L 500 mtr) (c) Renewal of HMI panel with pop up window of all critical parameters/alarm (d) Renewal of all components i.e SMPS, relay and indicator lights as suitable (red/ green/ yellow) Qty-15 each 1.52.1 Removal of the existing panels (Panel Casing). 1.52.2 Gauging of requirement & renewal of Panels. 1.52.3 Light indications for critical instrumentations. 1.52.4 Servicebility checks of all panel indications, electrical. wiring and instrumentation.
