Drilling holes for M20 bolt (8.8 grade) - Hole 24 mm dia x 150mm (90mm anchorage), injection of chemical resin and fixing of bolts.

Drilling holes for M16 bolt (8.8 grade) - Hole 20 mm dia x 125mm (80mm anchorage), injection of chemical resin and fixing of bolts.

Placing of Neoprene rubber pad of 8mm thickness, 200 mm width and length as per the site condition on the gaps between structurals & RCC slab after fixing the pad on the structural using adhesive material of approved make as per manufacturers instructions and direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Painting with two coats of epoxy paint over one coat epoxy primer after cleaning the surface by wire brushing at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications. The rate includes hire charges of labour, all tools, cost of paint, primer, consumables and other incidentals etc. complete all as per the directions of Engineer-In-charge.

Supplying and erecting CSL approved staging for works above 2.0m from dock gallery with required verticals, Transom, Ledger, planks, hand rails and supporting staging, tying the hand rails to the nearest supports etc. The rate quoted shall include cost, hire charge and conveyance of all materials, labour for erecting and removing, all consumables etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing/chipping and cleaning of existing loose concrete manually by using chisel and hammer or mechanically by using standard power driven percussion type chisel without damaging the existing concrete including cleaning the surfaces by compressed air jet etc. complete including removing loose concrete around the reinforcement. The entire surface to be checked by light hammering for detection of loose concrete, disposal of debris to the nearest dumping yard for all lead and lifts. Rate quoted shall be inclussive of cost of all labour, hire charges of tools & platns etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Staging if required for this work shall be paid seperately)

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry. Work shall be executed and completed as per the instructions of chemical manufacturer and as directed by Engineer in Charge. The rate quoted shall includes cost of all material, consumables, hire charges of tools and plants and other incidentals etc. complete all as per the directions of Engineer-In-charge.

Applying coating on steel reinforcement with two coats of anti-corrosive primer. The rate qouted shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, consumables, hire charges of all labour, tools, plants and other incidentals etc. complete all as per the directions of Engineer-In-charge.

Providing reinforcement with TMT bars (Fe-500D or more) as per site requirement such as shear connector, U- bars, additional bars etc. including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding with G.I. wire of 18 gauge etc. complete in all respects. Fabrication of reinforcement bars as L - shaped shear connector, stirrups in the form of U- shaped bars, additional rienforcement of required length and diameter etc. as per the site requirement. Additional bars shall be provided wherever the diameter of the existing corroded reinforcement needs to be replaced after cutting the required bars as main reinforcement to the required length with proper development length. Complete all as per site requirement and directions of Engineer-In-charge.

Supplying and fixing of GI wire mesh of 100mm x 100mm x 2.5mm size or higher size wire mesh firmly anchored to the concrete surface with shear conncetors over the area to be plastered including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants etc complete as directed by the Engineer-In-charge. (Supply & fixing of shear connectors, scaffolding shall be paid seperately).

Fixing of U-bar, additional straight bars, shear connectors(Lshaped) in line and level as per site reqirement after drilling of suitable holes (12mm-24mm) to a depth of 200 mm and fixing the rebars using epoxy chemical anchor resin ofapproved make. Fill the drilled and cleaned holes to a minimum depth of 1/3rd of the hole with the anchoring adhesive . Make sure that the resin has reached till the end of the hole. At this stage push the shear connector gently in to the hole and finish the excess resin which comes out of the hole and allow the shear connectors not to be disturbed for minimum 20 minutes - complete. The rate shall include the cost of all the operations including drilling suitable holes, cleaning the holes using compressed air, machineries and other incidenals etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge. (The cost of supply & fixing of wire mesh, reinforcement shall be paid seperately.)

Providing EPOXY resin bonding agent over the old concrete surface prior to placing the new concrete as per the manufactures specification including cleaning the surface, cost all material labor , etc. complete as per site requirement and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying dual shrinkage compensated fibre reinforced polymer modified repair mortar of approved make.

Spraying in layer with a pre-batched dual shrinkage compensated fiber reinforced polymer modified repair mortar on the prepared surface through hopper in 2-3 layer each having thickness 50mm including costs of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc.Water powder ratio shall be strictly maintained as per manufacturer's recommendation. Work to be progressed continuously without any gap. Curing as per regular practice with water. The rate quoted shall include cost of all labour for mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, hire charges of screw pump with a batching mixing for spraying, tools & plants, consumebles, other incidentals etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument. (The Cost for repair motar shall be paid seperately.)

Providing and laying Ready mix, Non shrink, free flowing, cementitious microconcrete of compressive strength 50N/mm2 of approved make over foundation slab. Microconcrete shall be mixed with 6mm aggregate on site at 50% weight of powder to enable completion of pouring in a continuous operation.Water powder ratio shall be strictly maintained as per manufacturer's recommendation. Work to be progressed continuously without any gap. Curing as per regular practice with water. (The rate quoted shall include cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for mixing, laying, consolidating, curing etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.)

Supply of slurry tight form work which should not deform and leak due to pressure of micro concrete. Provision should be made for a suitable feed hopper for pouring concrete. The form work should be coated with the mould release agent prior to final fixing in position. Proper supporting arrangements to be made for keeping the shutter in correct line and length - complete complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The rate quoted shall include cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for laying, consumebles etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.)
