Supply, fabrication of angles, flats, solid rods, base plate works by straightening, cutting & welding, making holes for window grils, water tank frame work,etc.as per drawing or as instructed, erecting in position to line and level by welding/bolting embedding in concrete and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including hire charges for tools and plants, cost of electrodes, other incidentals etc. complete. Using MS angles, flats, channels, rods etc..

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position by welding or bolting and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including hire charges for tools and plants, cost of electrodes, other incidentals etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing approved brand anchor bolts through mechanical anchoring after drilling suitable holes in various depth as per the requirements, placing the bolt to correct line and level. Rate quoted should be inclusive of hire charges of drilling machine, labour etc. complete

Supplying and fixing roofing with 0.46mm thickness coloured aluminum powder coated roofing sheet trafford type from reputed manufacturers and fixing using approved size self tapping, self drilling carbon steel screws with EPDM sealing washers to be fixed on every alternate crest of sheets and overlaps of sheets with minimum end overlaps of 150mm and stitch screws of approved size on side overlaps including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for all leads and lifts, other incidentals etc. complete. (Finished area only will be measured and considered for payment)-

Supplying & fixing 3mm Thick Metalic Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding of make ‘Alstrong/EUROBOND/4Mann/Aludecor’ in perfect line & plumb, in all colours & shade with metallic finish. Aluminum Composite Panel shall consist of two 0.25mm Aluminum sheets and 2.5mm core with PVDF coated Aluminum foil . Frame made from 37 x 24 x 1mm thick Hindalco/Jindal Aluminum channel and fixed to the structural/masonry beam,slab and wall with aluminum plated screws, fasteners and aluminum brackets wherever required. Aluminum composite panel bended at edges to make the tray and it fixed with 25x25mm/ 12 x12 mm aluminum cleats to the frame with metal cadmium plated screws and filling the gap with polyethylene 12mm dia backer rod and sealing the gap joints with Dow corning 789 silicon weather sealant. Rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour cost, hire charges of equipments, consumables, other incidentals etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing 220 mm Square type UPVC gutter with spouts at the eve of roof for collecting rain water including centre/end drops, fixing to line and level, conveyance of all materials, labour etc. complete. (structural steel works for clamps shall be measured separately.)

Supplying and providing Solid block masonry using pre-cast solid blocks ( Factory made) of size 30x20X15cm thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, transportation, loading, unloading,curing and scaffolding etc. complete.

Plastering with 1:4 CM, 12mm thk. floated hard and trowelled smooth including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, curing, scaffoldings etc.complete at all levels.

Providing, supplying and fixing name board using Titanium Gold nonlit 3D letters of 6" height, 1" projection and 0.8 mm thickness and 36" dia Titanium gold 3D etching logo as per the design on existing masonry wall with suitable anchoring fixtures including cost of material, transportation, installation, hire charges of tools etc. complete.

Providing and fixing UPVC pipes including fixing the pipes with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This includes all specials, jointing of pipes and fittings with one step PVC solvent cement & testing of joints, trenching and refilling wherever required etc.complete and suspended lines supported by anchor fastners, hanger rods, nuts, washer & universal clamps to support the pipes from the ceiling.
