Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations, etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lift upto 3m, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth under floors or trenches, in areas with crusher sand, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift etc. complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying rubble packing by doing extra excavation for a depth of 40cm and packing the voids with granular subbase materials and consolidating with a vibratory roller. Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, lead, lift, excavation with all lead & transport, filling the gaps with GSBC and consolidation with vibratory roller of 10 to 12 tonne capacity, etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The item will be measured in cubic metre.

Supplying and filling in plinth or trenches, under floors, foundations, in areas, etc. with red earth in layers not exceeding 15cm in depth including watering, cost and conveyance and compacting with vibratory power roller of 10 to 12 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density and dressing of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift etc. complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material conforming to specifications of Grade-II (size range 53mm to 0.075mm) having CBR Value-25, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge and design and specification as per MoRTH.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller of 10 to 12 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge and design and specification as per MoRTH.

Providing and laying 80mm thick High-density cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade as per IS: 15658-2006 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of baby metal, filling the joints with coarse sand etc., all complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc. as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade, properly mixed and consolidated with hand rammers, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, curing, lead, lift, etc., excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, as per specifications & directions of Engineer-in-charge, at all levels. 1:4:8 (1cement : 4coarse sand (zone-III) : 8graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix M-30 grade cement concrete conforming to IS:456 or IS:10262 for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, coarse sand conforming to IS:383 and 20mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Minimum cement content is 410kg/cum, for works at all levels.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 16 gauge GI binding wire etc. complete including cost, conveyance, lead, lift of all materials for all types of RCC works as per drawing/ specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, for works at all levels. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge, for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns, etc.

Providing and fixing GI chicken wire mesh of 24 gauge with minimum of 15cm overlap at junctions of brick masonry and RCC, when brick work done after the casting of RCC beams and columns including drilling the concrete/ brick and fixing with fibre plug, screw & washers of suitable size etc. including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, scaffolding charges etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, at all level.

15mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), including cost and conveyance of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, curing, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. For works at all levels.

6 mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including cost and conveyance of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, curing, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. For works at all levels.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: Water thinnable cement primer, including cost and conveyance of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, scaffolding, cleaning the surface, sundries etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. For works at all levels.

Painting of interior walls with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats, including cost and conveyance of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, scaffolding, cleaning the surface, sundries etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. For works at all levels.

Finishing external walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67ltr/ 10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/ 10sqm), including cost and conveyance of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, scaffolding, cleaning the surface, sundries etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. For works at all levels.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket, silicone, etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, properly removing the stickers, cleaning & clearing the debris from all levels and disposing, all complete as per architectural drawings & specifications and the directions of Engineer-in-charge at all levels. (Glazing, paneling to be paid for separately): For Fixed portion- Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50micron). The rate shall include cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators, louvers and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, properly removing the stickers, cleaning & clearing the debris from all levels and disposing, all complete as per architectural drawings & specifications and the directions of Engineer-in-charge at all levels. (Glazing, paneling to be paid for separately): For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots, casement friction stays and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately). Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50micron). The rate shall include cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing glazing with float glass panes of 5mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm), in aluminium doors, windows, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. complete for glazed openings, as per the architectural drawings & specifications and the directions of Engineer-in-charge at all levels. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item).

Providing and fixing 12mm thick exterior grade PVC board (0.7 density) with decorative glossy finish of approved shade/color on both sides, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, etc. complete as per architectural drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice lock with 4 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, at all levels.

Providing and fixing 125mm aluminium handles for door, window shutters, ISI marked and anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, at all levels.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, 200x10mm, ISI marked and anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, at all levels.

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS:3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 80kg and door width from 701mm to 1000mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, at all levels.

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked and anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete., including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, at all level.

Providing and fixing aluminium casement window fastener, ISI marked and anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete., including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, at all level.

Providing and laying fully vitrified tiles polished/ anti-skid of approved size, quality, shade, make with true square edges in flooring as per approved pattern design/ drawing over 20mm average thick bed mortar 1:4 and cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm or cement based high polymer modified quick set adhesive conforming to IS:15477 using 5kg/sqm adhesive with minimum 12mm thick, with 3mm spacer, jointing with epoxy joint filler of approved make to true lines and levels etc., complete, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc. as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all levels, using 9 mm+1 mm thick tiles. (Considering the purchase price Rs. 664.00/sqm excluding GST for vitrified tile) (Any deviation +/- in the purchase price will be adjusted separately)

Providing and Placing in position suitable PVC water stops conforming to IS:12200 for construction/ expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. complete as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge: Serrated with central bulb (225mm wide, 8-11 mm thick)

Providing and laying PVC membrane waterproofing system for sump, holding tank, etc. in horizontal plane including adjustment layer to take up any surface irregularities of the substrate, in order to avoid any imperfections or foreign particles damaging the waterproof layer, as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. It shall composed of geotextile, weight of 300g/m2, laid in dry conditions with edge overlap of 10/15 cm. Synthetic membrane of plasticized PVC, 2mm thick of approved manufacturer shall conform to the physical and chemical properties such as Elongation at break (300%) UNI EN ISO 527-3 or equivalent, Ultimate Tensile strength (16.7 N/mm2), Puncture resistance (1100mm) DIN 16726-5.12 or equivalent, Hydrostatic pressure waterproof UNI EN 1928 resistance (6 hours at 5 bar) or equivalent. Double seam welding of PVC waterproofing membrane joints shall be pressure tested to 2 bars of 10 minutes. The waterproofing projects to be divided into sectors if required and it is composed of shaped joints of PVC and it is welded to the existing waterproof liner .The rate shall be inclusive of providing and laying protection layer of non-woven 300 gsm geo-textile membrane over the laid PVC waterproof membrane system, followed by a 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size cement concrete screed of 50mm thick over the top layer of geotextile membrane to facilitate the placing and trying of reinforcement bars of raft and all pressure release mechanism etc complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (The above work shall be carried out by an agency having sufficient experience in membrane water proofing and should ensure a guarantee of 5 years). Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.

Providing and laying PVC membrane water proofing system over the vertical side for RCC wall, installing geotextile of 300gm as correction layer ,over the vertical side of the wall before installation as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.PVC membrane 2mm thick of approved manufactor shall conform to the physical and chemical properties such as : Elongation at break (300%) UNI EN ISO 527-3 or equivalent ,Ultimate Tensile Strength ( 16.7 N /mm2), Puncture resistance (1100) DIN 16726.-5.12 or equivalent ,Hydrostatic pressure water proof UNI EN 1928 resistance (6 hours at 5 bar) or equivalent on vertical side , providing and fixing suitable arrangement for fixing mechanically onto the vertical wall to hold the membrane in vertical position against sagging due to self-weight of the membrane and without damaging the PVC membrane and providing and installing 2mm thick synthetic membrane of plasticized PVC with double seam welding of PVC water proofing membrane joints and pressure testing of the same 2 bars up to 10 minutes and with compartmentalization by welding PVC water stop with welding fins at all construction joints and at Strategic locations to make a compartment of 200 sqmtrs pre-installed with required number of injection flanges in every compartment fitted with inlet /outlet pipe and surface access box. The cost shall include the cost for providing installing a minimum protection layer of 300 gsm or 25mm thick EPS protection boards over the vertically installed PVC waterproofing membrane ,on the vertical face of the retaining wall to act as protection layer of 300 gsm or 25mm thick EPS Protection boards over the vertically installed PVC waterproofing membrane,on the vertical face of the retaining wall to act as a protection layer against backfill and all pressure release mechanism etc complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (The above work shall be carried out by an agency having sufficient experience in membrane water proofing and should ensure a guarantee of 5 years). Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose. Only external surface area of retaining wall will be measured.

Providing and applying two coats of two component acrylic polymer modified elastomeric cementitious water proof coating on the inner surface of sump, trenches, basement floors, lift pit, etc. which shall be mixed as per manufacture’s technical specification, after thoroughly cleaning the surface by mechanical means for making it free of many loose mortar, unsound substrate, ”V” grooves cut along the construction joints, cracks and joints of slab/ wall on the external face and the same shall be filled with polymer modified mortar (CM 1:3 mixed with approved water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by the manufactures), cracks in the slab (if any), pressure grouting wherever necessary by injecting with approved expanding agent using pressure grouting pump with a pressure of 3 to 4 kg/sqm, strictly maintaining the coverage specified by the manufacturer, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. This shall be carried out by an agency having sufficient experience in above work and should ensure a warranty of 5 years. Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.

Core cutting work on RCC/CC slabs using specialized machinery up to dia of 12cm at all levels including cost of all materials, labour charges, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, laying and jointing PVC pipes, with PVC specials such as tees, bends, door bend, door tee, elbows, unions, etc. This includes trenching, refilling, jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent and testing of joints, rectifying any leakages or defects, etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, sundries, etc. for 75mm dia 10kgf/cm2.

Supplying, laying and jointing PVC pipes, with PVC specials such as tees, bends, door bend, door tee, elbows, unions, etc. This includes trenching, refilling, jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent and testing of joints, rectifying any leakages or defects, etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, sundries, etc. for 110mm dia 10kgf/cm2.

Providing and laying filter media with granular materials/ stone crushed aggregates/ brick bats to a thickness of not less than 300mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and supplying Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work: In gratings, frames, fences, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates, chequered plate and similar works. All complete including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and steel enamel paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, sundries, scaffolding, lead, lift, cutting, welding, bolting, hoisting, fixing in position, etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Heavy-duty (HD-20 Grade) CI manhole cover with frame of size 600mm x 600mm in concrete slab over manholes inspection chambers/ drains including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lift, sundries, etc. complete as per specifications of IS 1726 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing GI mesh not less than 6mm dia fixed to structural frame work including cutting of wire mesh and welded with structural frame work including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lift sundries, etc. complete, including applying one coat zinc chromate primer and steel enamel paint (two or more coats), as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Design and installation of shoring with sheet piles as per IS 2314 using sheet thickness not less than 6 mm and sufficient numbers of stiffness for supporting soil up to depth of 4 mtr. Including cost of all materials, machineries, conveyance, labour, lead, lift, driving and removal, etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. Design of shoring shall be approved by the Engineer-in-charge prior to execution. Measurement shall be made for the area of soil face retained.
