Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Design,supply and fixing of Aluminium composite panel with Hook on Panel System of approved brand of total 4mm thickness comprising of Aluminium skin of minimum 0.5 mm with approved fluorocarbon paint finish + 3 mm virgin LDPE based core material + 0.5 mm aluminium skin with service coat bound together with coextrusion process. ACP aluminium outer skin and inner skin should confirm to alloy 5000 series grade and H24/H22 or temper with specified mechanical properties . The thickness shall be minimum 0.5 mm thickness and PVDF shall be add-on to this thickness. Surface of the Composite Panel should be finished with approved PVDF coating (PolyVinylideneDiFluoride) on the topside with minimum 27(+/-3) microns thickness and a service coating on the reverse side The finished surface shall be protected with a self adhesive peel off foil with 80 microns thickness white or black, tested to with stand at least 6 months exposure to local weather condition without losing the original peel off characteristic or causing stain or other damages on the coated surface of the aluminium composite panel. The panels shall be cut to sizes of required grid dimensions in line with the site conditions, without leaving any marks on the sheet. The panels shall be fixed on pre-fabricated framework using hooking systems with 5 mm joints without any exposed screws and sealants using 2 mm thick GI/ Aluminium wall brackets with wall plug and screw, 45 x 54 x 3mm thick or equivalent "U"Channel,8 mm SS stud with lock washer, and specially designed 40 x 50 x 3mm thick or equivalent Aluminium hook riveted on ACP. All anchors, bolts and screws shall be SS 316 grade of approved make. The surface shall be to line and level. There shall be a protective film on the panel which shall be removed after completion of work. If the stain or any damage noticed after peel off by the fabricator, such panel should be replaced with new one of the same shade and colour, at no extra cost. .Fixing of ACP cladding includes appropriate and adequate framework of aluminium sections as per design to fix the composite panel in line and level, to the sub frame,in all shapes including all accessories and all incidental work. The rate shall includes ,all labour charges , fabrication charges , fixing charges cost and conveyance of all materials,Aluminium frame work,Handling of machineries and electrical charges etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.The above work shall be carried out by an agency having sufficient experience in concerned work and should ensure a guarantee for any defective installation,material composition and water and weather tightness for a period of 5 years from the date of completion of the said work .only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.(The base price considered for 4 mm thick Aluminium composite panels is Rs. 1690/sqm excluding GST and any deviation plus or minus in the purchase price in approved shade will be adjusted(paid extra or deducted) in the payment making to contractor).

Providing and laying profiled sheeting 970mm to 1000mm cover width, 26/28mm crest height at 195-200mm centers, made out of 0.50mm TCT, Cold Rolled steel of 550 Mpa yield strength conforming to ASTM A 368 or AS 1595 with hot dip metallic coating of minimum 150gm/Sqm zinc-aluminium alloy coating mass (55% Aluminium, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% Silicon ) total of both size as 'per ASTM A 792 or AS1397. The colour coating shall have a total coating thickness iof 35microns of polyester paint system as per 'AS/NZS - 2728:1997 ( category 3 ) of approved colour, comprising of 20 microns exterior coat on top surface and 5 microns reverse coat on back surface over 5 microns primer coat on both surface. Roofing sheet shall be factory cut at required length to suite site conditions and design drawings. Roofing sheet shall be crest fixed to purlins with hot dip galvanized self drilling fasteners with integral EPDM washers (one fastener on each crest and also on side laps). Minimum sheet overlap at end laps shall be 150mm. Penetration and end laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant. Profiled HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between cappings and troughs of the sheet to provide a weather tight exterior. Rate shall include cost and conveyence of all materials, lead, lift, scaffolding, all labour charges, making the roof water tight with required sealent etc complete at all level and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(The above work is to be carried out by a specialized agency approved by the Manufacturer and Engineer-in-Charge having experience in the laying of this type of roofing system and performance for a period of 5 years from the date of completion of the said work

Design,Supply & Installation of Aluminium plain/wood grain finish Strip ceiling system at all levels for external /internal application complies with IS 875 part 3 1987 on wind loading, the same should be tested for and complying to a wind load resistance of minimum 1.2 kpa (as tested by an independent and competent authority) as per prevalent and in practice wind loading norms and procedures. The system consists of strip panel size 300mm X 3000mm and mimimum 30mm deep with bevel / square edge manufactured out of 0.7mm thick or above stove enameled coil coated on continuous paint line/ polyster powder coated and double baked, roll formed from corrossion resistant aluminum alloy AA3005/3003/3105, according to ASTM C635, ASTM E1264, EN 13964 and quality standards of TAIM e. V : latest version or equivalent standards and thickness according to static requirements. The system shall be perfectly levelled, aligned at desired height in plain, curved and vertical face in accordance with the false ceiling pattern as per drawing and the system shall be installed. Panels shall be formed with tiling upward bending at both sides and further inward bending flange on two side for clipping onto the proprietary modular carriers. The suspension system consists of clip -in profile shaped special secondary profile of 1 mm thick black coated galvanized steel of 5mtrs of suitable size, shape and strength shall be used to support the strip panel up to 3 meter, positioned at maximum 150mm distance from both ends of the panel and inbetween at a maximum distance of 750mm c/c. Connecting clips or nuts/bolts of galvanized steel is used to connect primary and secondary profiles. The profile suspension clip of galvanized steel to join the primary angle to threaded suspension rod of 8mm with ceiling brackets and necessary fasteners/ Panel shall be clipped to a baked enamelled Aluminium carrier of 41.5 mm wide x 62 mm deep x 0.95 mm thick in standard length of 5 mtrs, positioned at maximum 150 mm distance from both ends of the panels and in between at maximum distance of 750mm c/c. Panel carrier shall be fixed by means of M8 nut bolts at 550 mm c/c to the suitable substructure provided by others or equivalent, in accordance with Manufacture's specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.The panels shall be individually locked with the provision available in the panel carrier. The system shall be installed in line and level and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The suspension system shall be consists of secondary carrier 1mm thick galvanized steel, primary L carrier 30x30x2mm galvanized steel and hanger 20x70x2mm threaded rod 8mm, C shaped perimeter profile 20x40x20mm and 0.7mm thick edge profile or equivalent, in accordance with Manufacture's specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Edge profile and perimetre profile shall be of prepainted Aluminium and color matching with the strip panels etc. Ceiling termination, edge trim shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.The rate shall also include the cost of making openings of any shape and fixing of light fittings, grills, diffusers,smoke extractor fan openings, Air terminal devices for HVAC, cut-outs etc. made with frame of perimeter channels including wall trim/edge trim and infinity profiles of 300 mm width to create perimeter encloser, interface carrier for other materials as per drawing and finishing the edges as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The threaded rod will be suspended from the slab/purlins/ substructure with necessary fasteners with expansion bolts at 1200mm c/c maximum and the primary profile spaced at 1200mm c/c maximum and secondary profile spaced at 750mm c/c maximum. The strip panels shall be inserted on the clip-in profile carrier. The panel should be rolled formed with square / bevelled edges decided as per the site mock up and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. The aluminium strip panels shall be weather - fast, dirt retending and scratch resistant of 0.7mm thickness or above shall be polyster powder coated on continuous paint line with minimum 80 microns/stove enamelled coil coated with minimum of 30 microns with 20% gloss with premium plain colour or wood finishes. The suspension system consisting of carrier, hanger, threaded rod, perimeter profile/ edge trim, security clips etc. shall be provided in accordance with approved Manufacture's standard specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The purchase price( excluding GST) for ceiling tiles and suspension system should be taken as Rs 3975/sqm. and any deviation plus or minus in the purchase price( excluding GST) in approved shade will be adjusted(paid extra or deducted) while making payment to the contractor.The rate shall include cost, conveyance,lead, lift of all materials, labour, scaffolding charges, clearing all refuse, rubbish, etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor should submit detailed design and corresponding calculations of design of all structural suspension system of metal false ceiling, structural steel support and shop drawings vetted by the consultant in accordance with design parameters specified by the Consultant and the codal requirements of BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) latest version, all relevant safety codes, National Building Code and DIN ISO 9001, LEED & DGNB, EN 13964 , EN 13501-1 building material class A2-s1, d0 Class A tested to ASTM E 84 class 0 tested to BS 476 part 6/7, E DIN EN ISO 354 , ASTM C 423 etc to the Engineer-in-Charge/Consultant.
