Disposal of surplus excavated earth / building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable,dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading within Airport premises or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, beyond 50 m initial lead upto 5km including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete1:2:4 (1 cement: 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges,lead,lift etc complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing and laying light weight cement concrete (Density 12KN/m3) of approved design mix, properly mixed and consolidated with hand rammers, adding admixtures in recommended proportion including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, curing, lead lift , etc. complete for sunken floor filling as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

SH : RCC WORK Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade conforming to IS 456 or IS 10262 for reinforced cement concrete for footing,pile cap,column,plinth beam,lift pit,sump,holding tank etc using coarse sand conforming to IS 383 and 20mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including admixtures in proportion of 0.5%of weight of cement (asper IS 9103) to accelerate,retard setting of concrete improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Minimum cement content is 410Kg/m3. All work upto plinth level.

Providing and constructing Solid concrete block masonry M-10 grade (mix1:3:6) (1 cement: 3 crusher sand :6 aggregates 6mm ) in C.M1:6(1cement, 6 crusher sand) with Solid blocks of 30x20x15 cm size and approved quality including scaffolding, raking out of joints, curing, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete for all types of masonry works in super structure above the highest plinth level as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all levels

Providing and constructing 100 mm solid block masonry in CM 1:4 (1 cement, 4 crushersand) in partition walls, parapets, etc. with blocks of standard sizes and of approved quality (average compressive strength not less than 7N/mm2) including scaffolding, raking out of joints, curing, cost and conveyance of all materials, lead,lift, etc.complete including providing 2 Nos. of 6mm dia bars as reinforcement at every third layer wherever specified (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for under relevent item ) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

SH : STEEL WORK Supplying and fixing electrically operated rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size GI laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, GI side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS:4454 part 1 and GI top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters including two coats of approved make and colour synthetic enamel paint over two coats of approved make anticorrossive yellow zinc chromate primer, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,lead,lift etc complete as directed by Engineer in Charge at all levels. 80 x 1.25mm GI laths with 1.25mm thick top cover

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304 min 2.1mm wall thick) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)

Providing and fixing roofing consist of 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel deck sheet confirming to IS 277:1992 used as permanent shuttering over which MS wire mesh 3mm laid at 100x100 mm grid including edge trim covered with concrete. This metal deck will be supported on structural steel beam with shear studs. (Structural steel like Beam, column, joists etc. & concrete of different grade as per design will be paid separately).

SH : FLOORING WORK Providing and laying double charged vitrified tile flooring Polished /matte finish 800 x 800 mm, 9- 10 mm thick with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of first quality confirming to IS:15622 with abrasion resistance less than 144 cubic mm, breaking strength greater than or equal to 2200N, which is stain resistant and chemical resistant of approved make, shade and pattern laid with cement based high polymer modified quickset adhesive confirming to IS:15477, in minimum 6mm thickness (as per manufactures' specification) having spacers 3mm with spacer filling with resin based epoxy grout with high degree of resistance to chemical attack,abrasion and resistance confirming to British Standards 5980:1980 ,including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,lead, lift, curing,cleaning and clearing the debris from all levels and disposing etc, complete and tile protection till handover as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels. The rate includes cutting the sharp edges of tiles with specialised machinery wherever required . The purchase price( excluding GST ) of Polished/matte double charged vitrified tile should be taken as Rs.700/-sqm and any deviation plus or minus in the purchase price( Excluding tax) in approved shade will be adjusted(paid extra or deducted) while making payment to the contractor.The above work shall be carried out by an agency having sufficient experience in flooring and only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.

Providing and laying Polished/lapothra Granite stone for kitchen platforms, vanity counters ,cladding, treads, risers and landing of staircase etc , in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(The purchase price excluding GST of Granite stone slab should be taken as Rs.1800/sqm and any deviation plus or minus in the purchase price in approved shade will be adjusted(paid extra or deducted) while making payment to the contractor).

Providing and applying self levelling compound upto 3mm thick including primer(acrylic based) for the high performance and correction of irregular substratas( low co2 emmission and very low volatile organic compound emissions recycable) for attaining a levelled surface for vinyl, wooden flooring etc with a mixing ratio of 6.5litre of clean water to 25 kg bag using HDE technology with extended flow including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, curing, lead lift , etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.The above work shall be carried out by an agency having sufficient experience in flooring and only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.

Providing and laying Laminated wooden flooring  using 8mm thick Plank Sizes - 1214x192x8mm / 1286x192x8mm size in approved design/ pattern with micro beveled shaped edges including installing the laminated wood using four side buckled "Click" system with tongue and groove mechanism. Sub floor on which the planks are being laid should be smooth, flat & hard & free from moisture, greases, etc . In case of uneven sub floor the same should be leveled by self leveling compound(measured and paid seperately). The moisture level present in the sub floor should be less than 8% before installation of the floor. The laminated wood must be installed on a thin layer of PU form underlay to keep the wood safe from moisture below and keep it noise proof. The planks can be fixed easy with its “Lock & Fold” installation system. The installation should be carried out as per the manufacturer installation guide and process.,including cost and conveyance of all materials,PU underlay labour charges,lead, lift,curing, complete as directed by Engineer in charge at all levels .The above work shall be carried out by an agency having sufficient experience in flooring and only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose. The purchase price( excluding tax) of planks should be taken as Rs 1184/sqm. and any deviation plus or minus in the purchase pricewill be adjusted(paid extra or deducted) while making payment to the contractor.

Providing & fixing of nylon 6.6. fiber based carpet roll of 4.3mm thickness. The carpet should be 100% washable and stain resistant. The carpet should be commercial grade of class33 and total weight of carpet should be 1.8kg/m2. Acoustical sound impact should be of 20dB. The product should carry 10 years warranty and allergy certificate. Installation should be done by authorized installer of companyThe above work shall be carried out by an agency having sufficient experience in flooring and only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose. The purchase price( excluding tax) of planks should be taken as Rs 1500/sqm. and any deviation plus or minus in the purchase pricewill be adjusted(paid extra or deducted) while making payment to the contractor.

Extra for providing opening of required size & shape for wash basins/ kitchen sink in kitchen platform, vanity counters and similar location in marble/granite work including providing necessary holes for pillar taps etc. including rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

Providing & fixing 150 mm height 20 mm thick hardwood skirting with approved design using hard wood,with PU ceramic coat, the surface suitably cleaned by using sand paper, filling of grains with wood filler and dent filler,applying approved wood stain as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge for getting required shade ,applying 2 coats of PU Sealer ,sanding the surface after applying PU sealer and applying 2 coats of PU Top coat.complete as per the technical specification of manufacturer and design as per drawing and fixed over masonry wall /opaque partition to proper line & level. The skirting shall be fixed with 20mm or approved size SS 304 grade screws. The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour lead, lift, etc. complete as per the Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

SH : ROOFING WORKS Supply and fixing of colour coated Manglore steptile profile 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness(BMT), (0.50mm TCT, 0.53mm TPT) Profiles a nominal 1000 mm wide coverage profile with nominal 28 mm rib height of nominal 200 mm centre-to-centre pitch length. The profile step length is 200mm with height of 16 mm, having interlock arrangement to make it leak proof. The steel sheet is having high tensile sheet G300 (Fy=300Mpa), metallic coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy (i.e. 55% Al, 43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Si -Zincalume), AZ150 (min 150 gm/m2 total on both side), pre-painted with Super Durable Polyester Colorbond XRW qualitypaint includes inorganicinfrared reflective pigment (High SRI-”Thermatech technology”) of 20μm exterior coat on top surface and 5μm reverse coat on back surface over 5μm primer coat on both surfaces of approved color shade by concern authority. The sheet conforms to general requirement of AS/NZS 2728 type 4 / IS 15965 class 3 durability and gloss value of 25% -40%of approved make. The sheet shall have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at every 1 meter c/c for confirming genuinity of the material.Roofing sheets shall be crest fixed to the purlin with hot dip galvanized imported self drilling fasteners with integral EPDM washers for perfect sealing . Rate shall including cost and conveyance of all material, including all accessories, lead, lift, scaffolding, labour charges etc. complete at all levels as directed by Engineer-in -Charge. For roof measurements, area shall be measured as laid from roof edge to edge. No deduction shall be made for openings after installation. (The above work is to be carried out by a specialized agency approved by the Manufacturer and Engineer-in-Charge having experience in the laying of this type of roofing system.)

Providing and laying profiled sheeting 970mm to 1000mm cover width, 26/28mm crest height at 195-200mm centers, made out of 0.50mm TCT, Cold Rolled steel of 550 Mpa yield strength conforming to ASTM A 368 or AS 1595 with hot dip metallic coating of minimum 150gm/Sqm zinc-aluminium alloy coating mass (55% Aluminium, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% Silicon ) total of both size as 'per ASTM A 792 or AS1397. The colour coating shall have a total coating thickness iof 35microns of polyester paint system as per 'AS/NZS - 2728:1997 ( category 3 ) of approved colour, comprising of 20 microns exterior coat on top surface and 5 microns reverse coat on back surface over 5 microns primer coat on both surface. Roofing sheet shall be factory cut at required length to suite site conditions and design drawings. Roofing sheet shall be crest fixed to purlins with hot dip galvanized self drilling fasteners with integral EPDM washers (one fastener on each crest and also on side laps). Minimum sheet overlap at end laps shall be 150mm. Penetration and end laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant. Profiled HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between cappings and troughs of the sheet to provide a weather tight exterior. Rate shall include cost and conveyence of all materials, lead, lift, scaffolding, all labour charges, making the roof water tight with required sealent etc complete at all level and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ridge/ valley capping/flashing in required width (upto maximum 600 mm) with plain galvalume colour coated sheet made out of 0.50mm TCT, minimum 300 MPa cold rolled steel with hot dip metallic coating of Aluminium Zinc alloy (Galvalume) 150 gms/sqm,total of both sides, AZ 150 as per ASTM A 792 or AS1397, with polyester colour coating including cost and conveyance of all materials, scaffolding, lead, lift, labour charges etc. complete at all levels as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying acrylic texture finish of required pattern & shade over priming coat(measured and paid separately) on new work including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead,lift,scaffolding, cleaning the surface ,sundries etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels. (The purchase price ( excluding GST)considered for texture paint is Rs. 1060/sqm ( excluding GST) and any deviation plus or minus in the purchase price in approved shade / texture will be adjusted (paid extra or deducted) while making payment to the contractor) .

Wall painting with luxury acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade,antifungal & anti bacterial and scratch & stain resistant of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on new work Two or more coats over the priming coat(measured and paid separately), for even shade and colour, luxurious high sheen finish and washable emulsion including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, lead,lift,sundries ,etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

15mm cement plaster of mix, 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement 2 kg/sqm including mixing water proofing material in separately).proportion recommended by manufacturer at all heights including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge at all levels. (water proofing liquid will be paid separately)

Extra for plastering exterior walls of height more than 10 m from ground level for every additional height of 3 m or part thereof.

Providing and applying two coat cement based putty approved brand, over the plastered wall surface (interior and exterior area) to prepare the surface even and smooth, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead,lift,scaffolding, sanding and cleaning the surface , sundries etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

Finishing M.P. tiles with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

SH : WATERPROOFING AND MISCELLANEOUS WORK Providing and applying 2 coats two component acrylic polymer modified elastomeric cementitious water proof coating on inside of trenches,OHT,lift pit , terrace,sunken areas etc.. etc which shall be mixed as per manufacture's technical specification, after thoroughly cleaning the surface by mechanical means to making it free of any loose mortar,unsound substrate,"V" grooves cut along the construction joints, cracks and joints of slab/wall on the external face and the same shall be filled with polymermodified mortar( CM 1:3 mixed with approved water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by the manufacturers), cracks in the slab (if any), pressure grouting wherever necessary by injecting with approved expanding agent using pressure grouting pump with a pressure of 3 to 4kg/sqm ,strictly maintaining the coverage specified by the manufacturer, including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (This shall be carried out by an agency having sufficient experience in above work and should ensure a warranty of 10 years. Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.)

Providing and laying PVC membrane waterproofing system for sump,holding tank etc, in horizontal plane including adjustment layer to take up any surface irregularities of the substrate, in order to avoid any imperfections or foreign particles damaging the waterproof layer. It shalll composed of geotextile, weight of 300 g/m2, laid in dry conditions with edge overlap of 10/15 cm. Synthetic membrane of plasticized PVC, 2mm thick of approved manufactor shall conform to the physical and chemical properties such as: Elongation at break (300%) UNI EN ISO 527-3 or equivalent, Ultimate Tensile Strength ( 16.7 N/mm²), Puncture resistance ( 1100mm) DIN 16726-5.12 or equivalent, Hydrostatic pressure Waterproof UNI EN 1928 resistance (6 hours at 5 bar) or equivalent. Double seam welding of PVC waterproofing membrane joints pressure tested to 2 bars of 10 minutes the waterproofing project to be divided into sectors if required and it is composed of shaped joints of PVC and it is welded to the existing waterproof liner. The rate shall be inclusive of providing and laying protection layer of non-woven 300gsm geo-textile membrane over the laid PVC waterproof membrane system, followed by a cement mortar screed of 50mm thick over the top layer of geo-textile membrane to facilitate the placing and tying of reinforcement bars of raft and all pressure release mechanism etc complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (The above work shall be carriedout by an agency having sufficient experience in membrane water proofing and should ensure a guarantee of 5 years). Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.

Providing and Iaying PVC membrane waterproofing system over the vertical side for RCC wall. Installing geotextile of 300gsm as correction layer, over the vertical side of the wall, before installation PVC membrane 2mm thick of approved manufactor shall conform to the physical and chemical properties such as: Elongation at break (300%) UNI EN ISO 527-3 or equivalent, Ultimate Tensile Strength ( 16.7 N/mm²), Puncture resistance ( 1100mm) DIN 16726-5.12 or equivalent, Hydrostatic pressure Waterproof UNI EN 1928 resistance (6 hours at 5 bar) or equivalent on vertical side, providing and fixing suitable arrangement for fixing mechanically onto the vertical wall to hold the membrane in vertical position against sagging due to self weight of the membrane and without damaging the PVC membrane and providing and Installing 2mm thick synthetic membrane of plasticized PVC with double seam welding of PVC waterproofing membrane joints and pressure testing of the same to 2 bars up to 10 minutes and with compartmentalization by welding PVC water stop with welding fins at all construction joints and at strategic locations to make a compartment of 200 sqmtrs pre installed with required number of injection flanges in every compartment fitted with inlet / outlet pipe and surface access box. The cost shall include the cost for providing and Installing a minimum protection layer of 300gsm or 25mm thick EPS protection boards over the vertically installed PVC waterproofing membrane, on the vertical face of the retaining wall to act as a protection layer against backfill and all pressure release mechanism etc complete as directed by the Engineer In Charge. (The above work shall be carriedout by an agency having sufficient experience in membrane water proofing and should ensure a guarantee of 5 years). Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose. Only external surface area of retaining wall will be measured.

Providing and supplying heavy duty injection adhesive for rebar fixing using RE 500 V3 or equivalent Epoxy resin, drilling shall be done using Safeset system or approved equivalent with Hollow Drill Bit (TE-CD or TE-YD) for rebar fixing for embedment depths as mentioned, including supplying of two component system consisting of resin and hardener in 3:1 ratio; filling above mentioned mortar with standard dispenser before inserting rebar strictly as per the manufacturers recommendations. (Proper design report as per the site condition needs to submitted for approval) Application may include highly critical structural extensions (beam, column extension etc ), retrofitting etc;The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturers recommendations. The chemical anchor shall carry ETA, COLA and DIBT approval and fire approval. Application can be done in both wet & dry concrete condition, corrosion tested. The chemical should be approved for cracked concrete and seismic C1/C2 tested and approved. The chemical shall be having approval to be installed in hammer drill, diamond coring holes & safeset technology with hollow drill bit and roughening tool. The cost shall include all labour charges and cost of chemical anchoring materials etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge at all levels but excluding the cost of reinforcement (measured and paid under relevant item) .

Providing and supplying injection epoxy mortar with M16 dia threaded rod of grade 5.8 of minimum 5 micron galvanization to an embedment depth of 125 mm. The product should be approved by ETA, ICC, CSTB, COLA, BZS with Shock approval, Seismic (C1 & C2) approval, Fatigue and Fire Approvals in anchors to use in cracked concrete, tested for service temperature of -40 deg. C to +80 deg. C. The chemical should have an ETA approval for 100 years age testing.The fastening should be designed as per guidelines of TR 029. Drilling hole with double flute type drill bits/ hollow drill bits to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleaning with brush and jet of clean air, filling resin and hardener using serrated nozzle to eliminate mixing error with standard battery dispenser along with piston plug. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. The adequate embedment depth & number of anchors to be calculated as per the codal provision & the report to be submitted to the project manager/ design engineer for approval. For zones with high seismicity, seismic designs are mandatory.

Providing and installing 1.5mm thick PVC membrane water proofing of approved manufacture for terrace floor of a single layer membrane, Material shall conform to the physical and chemical properties like the membrane is UV stable, has high mechanical strength & puncture resistance and is polyester mesh reinforcement. The upper sand grey layer, which is exposed, is characterized by an extremely high resistance to weathering and ultraviolet rays, whereas the lower black layer is resistant to puncturing. The upper sand grey layer, which provides lower heat absorption, increased longetivity and aesthetic qualities, represents 10-15% of the membrane thickness and the black underside, which protects against UV damage, 85-90%. The membrane is laid on the non-woven geotextile separation layer as un-adhered system by hot air welding at 300-400oC. (The above work shall be carriedout by an agency having sufficient experience in membrane water proofing and should ensure a guarantee of 10 years. Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.)

Supplying and fixing HDPE bird proof net of 1.9 sqcm for the mugappu area at all levels .including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, curing,scaffolding charges etc. as directed by Engineer- in- charge at all levels. (The purchase priceconsidered for this item is Rs.490/- per sqm and any deviation plus or minus in the purchase price ( excluding GST) will be adjusted in the price quoted).

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of sunken RCC floor slab in WC/ bath area etc. to meet the physical and performance requirements of IS:2645-1975, consisting of following operations: a) cleaning the surface with water, removing the loose mortar, etc. and laying a slurry coat consisting of neat cement at 2.2 kg/sqm admixed with proprietary water proofing compound to penetrate into the crevices and to fill up all the porosities in the slab. b) Providing 25 to 30mm cement mortar 1:3, (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) layer and embedding 20mm down sized aggragates or brick ballast obtained from well burnt bricks into the cement mortar and the cement consumption shall be 6 kg/sqm. After curing the same for a period 2 days apply neat cement slurry at 2.2 kg/sqm admixed with propritary water proofing compound and allowing it to penetrate into the cement mortar. c) Providing and applying min 25mm thick cement mortar 1:3 for filling the gaps and to make the required gradient and slop towards the pipe. d) Finally finishing the top with neat cement punning with cement slurry at 3 kg/sqm after finishing it to smooth and then brushing cement slurry to the finished area @ 2 kg/sqm. The rates shall include cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, sundries, etc. complete including coving and finishing the edges of sunken slab upto the top of rcc beam as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels. (This shall be carried out by an agency having sufficient experience in above work and should ensure a warranty of 10 years. Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.)

Providing and applying water proofing compound Masterseal HLM 5000 or equivalent , a single component polyurethane based coating that cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a tough but flexible waterproofing membrane. It is elastomeric, seamless waterproof membrane applied in 2 coats to a DFT of 1.2 mm thick having a elongation capacity of over 600% and with solid content more than 85% applied on the RCC surface including priming (if required), crack filling, grouting, tie rod filling, coving, ponding etc complete. The material shall comply to – ASTM C 836 National Std. of Canada 37.58 – M86 by CGSB etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all levels (The above work shall be carriedout by an experienced agency and should ensure a guarantee of 10 years). Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.)

Providing and fixing 18mm thick exterior grade UPVC board as roof face board (Mughappu) with Multiwood of approved make , at a height of 20 m, made of U Pvc polyester resin in an extruded polymer profile form with CNC cutting as per approved design and drawing.The board shall be 100% waterproof, Termite & Borer proof, corrosion free & fire retardend and used for wet area applications.The rate shall include cost and conveyance of all materials,approved PU finishing, labour, scaffolding, lead, lift etc complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge. The structural steel for the support shall be measured and paid seperately.

SH : DISMANTLING & DEMOLITION WORKS Demolishing cement concrete including screed manually/by mechanical means at all levels and disposal of all material, including dismantling of conduits,wires etc ,within 5km lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing R.C.C work at all levels, including stacking of steel bars and disposal of all unserviceable materials , including dismantling of conduits, wires etc within 5km lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Demolishing brick work/ solid block masonry by manually / by mechanical means at all levels including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of all unserviceable materials, including dismantling of electrical switches/sockets, conduits,wires etc,within 5km lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates,boltd, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 5 km lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing vibrationless accurate wet cutting of RCC slabs of all thicknessfor making openings at all levels with medium to heavy-duty, high performance remote controlled diamond hydraulic cutting machines with the assitance of blades using all tools and tackles complete, without any disturbance to the adjacent structure and including lowering of cut pieces using suitable arrangement like chain pulley block for safe lowering onto ground, breaking and separating of debris from reinforcement, handling of cutpieces and cordoning and dust proof the area properly and with necessary formwork to support the existing structure including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, lead lift , etc. complete and disposal of material within 5km lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Plan area of the slab to be measured for payment. Any damage to the adjacent structure shall be corrected without any additional cost upto the satisfaction of Engineer in charge. The above work shall be carried out by an agency having sufficient experience and only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.

SH: CEILING SYSTEMS - Aluminium metal strip ceiling Design,Supply & Installation of Aluminium plain/wood grain finish Strip ceiling system at all levels for external /internal application complies with IS 875 part 3 1987 on wind loading, the same should be tested for and complying to a wind load resistance of minimum 1.2 kpa (as tested by an independent and competent authority) as per prevalent and in practice wind loading norms and procedures. The system consists of strip panel size 300mm X 3000mm and mimimum 30mm deep with bevel / square edge manufactured out of 0.7mm thick or above stove enameled coil coated on continuous paint line/ polyster powder coated and double baked, roll formed from corrossion resistant aluminum alloy AA3005/3003/3105, according to ASTM C635, ASTM E1264, EN 13964 and quality standards of TAIM e. V : latest version or equivalent standards and thickness according to static requirements. The system shall be perfectly levelled, aligned at desired height in plain, curved and vertical face in accordance with the false ceiling pattern as per drawing and the system shall be installed. Panels shall be formed with tiling upward bending at both sides and further inward bending flange on two side for clipping onto the proprietary modular carriers. The suspension system consists of clip -in profile shaped special secondary profile of 1 mm thick black coated galvanized steel of 5mtrs of suitable size, shape and strength shall be used to support the strip panel up to 3 meter, positioned at maximum 150mm distance from both ends of the panel and inbetween at a maximum distance of 750mm c/c. Connecting clips or nuts/bolts of galvanized steel is used to connect primary and secondary profiles. The profile suspension clip of galvanized steel to join the primary angle to threaded suspension rod of 8mm with ceiling brackets and necessary fasteners/ Panel shall be clipped to a baked enamelled Aluminium carrier of 41.5 mm wide x 62 mm deep x 0.95 mm thick in standard length of 5 mtrs, positioned at maximum 150 mm distance from both ends of the panels and in between at maximum distance of 750mm c/c. Panel carrier shall be fixed by means of M8 nut bolts at 550 mm c/c to the suitable substructure provided by others or equivalent, in accordance with Manufacture's specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.The panels shall be individually locked with the provision available in the panel carrier. The system shall be installed in line and level and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The threaded rod will be suspended from the slab/purlins/ substructure with necessary fasteners with expansion bolts at 1200mm c/c maximum and the primary profile spaced at 1200mm c/c maximum and secondary profile spaced at 750mm c/c maximum. The strip panels shall be inserted on the clip-in profile carrier. The panel should be rolled formed with square / bevelled edges decided as per the site mock up and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. The aluminium strip panels shall be weather - fast, dirt retending and scratch resistant of 0.7mm thickness or above shall be polyster powder coated on continuous paint line with minimum 80 microns/stove enamelled coil coated with minimum of 30 microns with 20% gloss with premium plain colour or wood finishes. The suspension system consisting of carrier, hanger, threaded rod, perimeter profile/ edge trim, security clips etc. shall be provided in accordance with approved Manufacture's standard specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The suspension system shall be consists of secondary carrier 1mm thick galvanized steel, primary L carrier 30x30x2mm galvanized steel and hanger 20x70x2mm threaded rod 8mm, C shaped perimeter profile 20x40x20mm and 0.7mm thick edge profile or equivalent, in accordance with Manufacture's specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Edge profile and perimetre profile shall be of prepainted Aluminium and color matching with the strip panels etc. Ceiling termination, edge trim shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.The rate shall also include the cost of making openings of any shape and fixing of light fittings, grills, diffusers,smoke extractor fan openings, Air terminal devices for HVAC, cut-outs etc. made with frame of perimeter channels including wall trim/edge trim and infinity profiles of 300 mm width to create perimeter encloser, interface carrier for other materials as per drawing and finishing the edges as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The purchase price( excluding GST) for ceiling tiles and suspension system should be taken as Rs 3975/sqm. and any deviation plus or minus in the purchase price( excluding GST) in approved shade will be adjusted(paid extra or deducted) while making payment to the contractor.The rate shall include cost, conveyance,lead, lift of all materials, labour, scaffolding charges, clearing all refuse, rubbish, etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor should submit detailed design and corresponding calculations of design of all structural suspension system of metal false ceiling, structural steel support and shop drawings vetted by the consultant in accordance with design parameters specified by the Consultant and the codal requirements of BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) latest version, all relevant safety codes, National Building Code and DIN ISO 9001, LEED & DGNB, EN 13964 , EN 13501-1 building material class A2-s1, d0 Class A tested to ASTM E 84 class 0 tested to BS 476 part 6/7, E DIN EN ISO 354 , ASTM C 423 etc to the Engineer-in-Charge/Consultant. Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose and should ensure guarantee for proper installation, material composition & quality performance of both ceiling panels and supporting system for a period of 10 years from the date of completion of the said work. The measurement shall be taken along the girth on the bottom side of the ceilings, in square meters and deductions shall be made for all openings exceeding 0.4 sqm in area.The structural steel work required for this work will be paid in the respective item seperately.

Providing and fixing of Galvanized steel fire rated doors of 120min Fire Rating of approved make with frame tested by CBRI/ International Test House in accordance with BS 476 part 22. Galvanized steel to be used conforming to IS 277 (2003).
