Dismantling granular subbase course/ water bound macadam road manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 5 km lead as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge : 25 cm average depth. The disposed material to be levelled, neatly dressed and compacted with a vibratory roller.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 5 km lead as per specifications and directions of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 5 km lead as per specifications and directions of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 5 km lead as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base with existing excavated GSB material, including carriage of material by tippers to designated work sites, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller (8 - 10 tonnes) at OMC to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material conforming to specifications of Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller (8 - 10 tonnes) to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 40 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 13.5:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 160 kg/cu.m., optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plum concrete in layers using 40% stone soling of average size 300 mm (stone size 250 mm- 350 mm), and 60% plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 manufactured crusher sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 25 mm nominal size, using cement 320 kg/cu.m), as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying rubble packing by doing extra excavation for a depth of 40 cm and packing the voids with granular sub-base material and consolidating with a vibratory roller etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The rate also includes excavation for rubble packing)

Supplying and filling in trenches, or laying over areas with crusher sand, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift etc. complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade properly mixed and consolidated with hand hammers, excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, curing, lead, lift etc. complete for all works up to plinth level as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.- : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade properly mixed and consolidated with hand hammers, excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, curing, lead, lift etc. complete for all works up to plinth level as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.- 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete conforming to IS 456 or IS 10262 for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, coarse sand conforming to IS 383 and 20 mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (Note: - Minimum cement content considered in this item is @ 400 kg/cu.m). All works up to all levels. (The rate includes providing 75 mm PVC pipes as weep holes in walls in three layers, and at 1 m intervals in raft, from bottom of M sand layer).

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-30, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler/pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg/sq.m on the prepared concrete surface, after cleaning etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-30, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler/pressure distributor at the rate of 0.3 kg/sq.m on the prepared bituminous surface and granular/concrete surface, after cleaning etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying design mix of Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (grading 2), 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness, using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of grade VG-30 @ minimum 4.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime/cement filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of aggregate), prepared in Drum/Weigh batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity, transporting the hot mix to the work site by tippers, laying over a previously prepared surface (All cracks to be sealed properly with bitumen) with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment, and rolling with smooth-wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction, density and surface accuracy, etc. complete as per MORTH specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (The rate quoted is inclusive of all material, including rate of VG-30 and operation of all activities to complete this item)

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading (grading 1), premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment, and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction, density and surface accuracy as per the approved the mix design, MORTH specifications and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge: 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ minimum 5.2% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime/cement filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type/Weigh Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity. (The rate quoted is inclusive of all material, including rate of VG-30 and operation of all activities to complete this item)

Supplying and laying longitudinally cut/ as whole 200 mm dia single-RCC hume pipes of NP2 class as cable ducts/drain including collars, jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar 1(cement): 2 (fine sand), encased all around in PCC 1:3:6, 150 mm thick including excavation, all centering and shuttering works, provision of pull through wires and end caps, tying the two halves of the pipe with GI wires, etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer in charge

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections in framed work using departmentally supplied steel sections, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, and painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade- two or more coats, all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. The item excludes the cost of structural steel.

Providing and fixing GI mesh not less than 6mm dia fixed to structural frame work for fencing including cutting of wire mesh and welded with structural frame work including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lift sundries etc. complete, including applying one coat zinc chromate primer, and painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade- two or more coats, all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge (cost of structural frame will be paid separately).

Drilling hole 12 to 16 dia to a depth of 100 mm and fixing 10mm reinforcing bar using approved fastening method including all labour charges and cost of chemical anchoring materials but excluding the cost of reinforcement etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all levels

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
