Extra rate for in or under water and or liquid mud, including pumping out water as required for earth work in excavation by means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) lift up to1.5m and lead up to 50m, (The depth measured from the subsoil water level up to the center of gravity of the quantity executed in difficult conditions.The depth of center of gravity shall be reckoned correct to 0.1m, 0.05m or more shall be taken as 0.1m and less than 0.05m ignored.)

Design and installation of shoring for proposed explosive disposal pit construction depth up to 4 m including all materials, machineries, labour lead lift etc comoplete as directed by the engineer in charge. Design of shoring shall be approved by the Engineer In charge prior to execution.

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete o f 1:3:6(1cement:3ine sand:6 graded stone agregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete o f 1:4:8(1cement:4ine sand:8 graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level

Providing and laying PVC membrane waterproofing system in horizontal plane including adjustment layer to take up any surface irregularities of the substrate, in order to avoid any imperfections or foreign particles damaging the waterproof layer. It shalll composed of geotextile, weight of 300 g/m2, laid in dry conditions with edge overlap of 10/15 cm. Synthetic membrane of plasticized PVC, 2mm thick of approved manufacturer shall conform to the physical and chemical properties such as: Elongation at break (300%) UNI EN ISO 527-3 or equivalent, Ultimate Tensile Strength ( 16.7 N/mm²), Puncture resistance ( 1100mm) DIN 16726-5.12 or equivalent, Hydrostatic pressure Waterproof UNI EN 1928 resistance (6 hours at 5 bar) or equivalent. Double seam welding of PVC waterproofing membrane joints shall be pressure tested to 2 bars of 10 minutes .The waterproofing project to be divided into sectors if required and it is composed of shaped joints of PVC and it is welded to the existing waterproof liner. The rate shall be inclusive of providing and laying protection layer of non-woven 300gsm geo-textile membrane over the laid PVC waterproof membrane system, followed by a cement mortar screed of 50mm thick over the top layer of geo-textile membrane to facilitate the placing and tying of reinforcement bars of raft and all pressure release mechanism etc complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (The above work shall be carriedout by an agency having sufficient experience in membrane water proofing and should ensure a guarantee of 5 years). Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.

Providing and Iaying PVC membrane waterproofing system over the vertical side for vertical wall,Installing geotextile of 300gsm as correction layer, over the vertical side of the wall before installation PVC membrane 2mm thick of approved manufactor shall conform to the physical and chemical properties such as: Elongation at break (300%) UNI EN ISO 527-3 or equivalent, Ultimate Tensile Strength ( 16.7 N/mm²), Puncture resistance ( 1100mm) DIN 16726-5.12 or equivalent, Hydrostatic pressure Waterproof UNI EN 1928 resistance (6 hours at 5 bar) or equivalent on vertical side, providing and fixing suitable arrangement for fixing mechanically onto the vertical wall to hold the membrane in vertical position against sagging due to self weight of the membrane and without damaging the PVC membrane and providing and Installing 2mm thick synthetic membrane of plasticized PVC with double seam welding of PVC waterproofing membrane joints and pressure testing of the same to 2 bars up to 10 minutes and with compartmentalization by welding PVC water stop with welding fins at all construction joints and at strategic locations to make a compartment of 200 sqmtrs pre installed with required number of injection flanges in every compartment fitted with inlet / outlet pipe and surface access box. The cost shall include the cost for providing and Installing a minimum protection layer of 300gsm or 25mm thick EPS protection boards over the vertically installed PVC waterproofing membrane, on the vertical face of the retaining wall to act as a protection layer against backfill and all pressure release mechanism etc complete as directed by the Engineer In Charge. (The above work shall be carried out by an agency having sufficient experience in membrane water proofing and should ensure a guarantee of 5 years). Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose. Only external surface area of retaining wall will be measured.)

Providing and applying Antitermite treatment by injecting chemical emulsion Imidacloprid emulsiable concentrate 0.075% for pre-constructional treatment and creating a chemical barrier as per IS 6313 (Part II) 2001 for wall trenches, foundation, top surface of plinth filling, foundation of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of the building, etc. complete conforming to manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing in position suitable PVC water stops conforming to IS:12200 for construction/ expnansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before poring concrete etc . Serrated with central bulb, 225mm wide & 8-11 mm thick

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete o f 1:2:4 (1cement:2fine sand:4 graded stone agregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level

Providing and fixing in p[osition 12mm thick bitumen impregnated fibre board conforming to IS1838 including cost of primer , sealimg compound in expansion joints at all levels including all leads lifts etc complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of specific grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement.including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to acelerate , retard setting of concrete , improve workability wih out impairing strength and durability as per direction of the engineering in charge ,M25 grade reinforced cement concrete by using 410 kg of cement per cum of concrete all works up to Highest Plinth level as per specification and direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and filling in plinth,or trenches, under floors, in areas with crusher sand including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift etc complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Filling available excavated earth(excluding rock) in trenches, under floors,plinth,sides of foundation,in areas etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering,lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m including conveyance of all materials, labour charges, etc. complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of surplus excavated earth / building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable,dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to Airport premises or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, beyond 50 m initial lead upto 5 km, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of specific grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement.including admixtures i recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to acelerate , retard setting of concrete , improve workability wih out impairing strength and durability as per direction of the engineering in charge, M25 grade reinforced cement concrete by using 410 kg of cement per cum of concrete all work up to Floor V level

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 16 gauge GI binding wire etc complete including cost, conveyance, lead, lift of all materials for all types of RCC works as per drawing/specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars

Extra for laying concrete in or under water and/or liquid mud including cost of pumping or bailing out water and removing slush etc. complete. Note: The quantity will be calculated by multiplying the depth measured from the sub-soil water level up to centre of gravity of concrete under sub-soil water level with quantity of concrete in cum executed under sub-soil water. The depth of centre of gravity shall be reckoned correct to 0.1m. 0.05m or more shall be taken as 0.1m and less than 0.05m ignored.(payment for cum per meter depth)

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth , ramp below ground including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 up to plinth level using cement mortar 1:6 as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 6mm thick plaster to ceiling of mix 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) at all heights as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)including cost and conveyance of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, curing, scaffolding, sundries , etc complete at all levels as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm cement plaster of mix, 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement 2 kg/sqm including mixing water proofing material in proportion recommended by manufacturer, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc complete at all levels as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing drip course 25mm wide x 12 mm deep in cememt mortar 1:3 etc complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing liquid in cement concrete work, masonry work, plastering etc in the proportion recommended by the manufacturers including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges,lead,lift etc complete at all levels as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work for doors,window , ventilators and partitions (powder coating thickness min50 microns) with extruded built up standared tubular and othersections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS 1285 ,fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixingclips , or expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top bottom and sides with required PVC neopan felt etc Aluminium Sections shall be smooth , rust free , sraight mitred and sides with required including cleat angle aluminium snap beading for glazing /panellling ,CP brass / stainless steel screws all complete as paneelling , CPbrass / stainless steel screws all complete as per architeral drawing and the direction ofEngineer in charge (glazing and panelling to be paid partition for fixed portion of Work.

Finishing walls with textured interior paint of required shade on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm.including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding etc complete at all levels as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Internal surfaces)

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm.including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding etc complete at all levels as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Exteranll surfaces- block design/pattern)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated three layer medium density particle board withdecorative lamination on both side Grade I type II conforming to IS 12823 etc inpanelling fixed in aluminium doors windows shutters and partitionframe with CP brass / stainless screws etc. complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Provding and glazing 5.5mm thick in aluminium door , windows ventilators shutters and partions etc,with PVC / neoprene gasket etc complete as per the architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer in charge ( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Providing and fixing IS : 3564 marked aluminium extruded section body tubular type hydraulic door closer with double speed adjustements with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing body lock of approved make with out handle for aluminium doors as per standared specification and as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolt ISI marked and powder coated transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc complete 200X10mm as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessaryscrews etc. complete 125mm as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Aluminium casement stays ISI marked anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel adjustable friction window stays with necessary stainless screws etc screws etc complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 255x 95 mm

Providing and laying fully vitrified tile polished of approved size, quality,shade, make with true square edges in flooring as per approved pattern design over 20mm average thick bed of CM 1:6 and cement slurry @4.4kg/sqm or cement based high polymer modified quick setting adhesive conforming to IS 15477 using 5kg/sqm adhesive with minimum of 12mm thick, with 3mm spacer jointing with epoxy joint filler of approved make to true lines and levels etc complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge, using 9mm thick tiles. Considering the Purchase price 664/sqm excluding GST for vitrified tile , any deviation +/- in the purchase price of tile will be adjusted seperately.

Structural Steel work welded in built up section , trusses,and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a coat of approved steel primer etc complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc to steel ladder railing balcony railing staircase railing and similar works including applying priming coat od approved primer using MS tubes as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint two or more coats at all locations prepares and applied as per manufacturer's specification including applying appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in roof, ceiling, partitions etc sawn and fixec in position using anjili wood /jack wood as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primimg coat with Ready mixed pink/grey primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wood work as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying two coats fire retardantpaint on cleaned wood surface @3.5sqm/litter per caot including preparation of base surface as per recommendation of manufacturer to make the surface fire retardant as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing poly carbonate roofing using 6mm thick polycarbonate multy wall sheets over the frame work already fixed, sheets fixed to the frame using special aluminium extrusions including all fasteners, fixures,as per the site requirement, applying silicon sealant wherever neseccary so as to make the roof watewr tight at vall heights as per manufactures specification etc comoplete as per specification and as directed by the engineer in charge

Providing and installing ferrocement water tank with coverincluding cost of all conveyance, lead lift irrection in position, earthwork , back filling, levelling etc complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Supplying and installation of 5.5mm to 6mm thick concave glass mirror with edge polishing , safety film and SS round cap screws fixed on walls over plywood backing including the cost of all materials, labour charges etc completed as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC false ceiling with 6mm thick hollow cahmbers(10' width) PVC sheet in aluminium framing as per manufactures specification and rate is inclusive of cost of all materilas, labour, lead lift etc complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal, river seepage, brocken water main or drains, ground water seepage etc. complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing GI pipes complete with GI fittings including clamping in wall etc. 50mm dia nominal bore complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing GI pipes complete with GI fittings including clamping in wall etc. 80mm dia nominal bore complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & laying and joining pasted type PVC pipes (working pressure 6kg /cm2) with PVC special such as lees bends door bend door tee union, etc with clamps including earth work refilling , cutting and making good the walls testing the line rectiiying any leakages or defects etc complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge for soil waste rain water , drains ventpipe etc for underground/ concealed or open lines 63 mmdia complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying metalled road surface in cluding disposal of rubbsh etc lead up to 50m and consolidation of the same with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 t capacity complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of subgrade with approved material obtained from roadway cutting(available earth) with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MORTH and complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of granular sub-base by providing graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MORTH .Grading-1

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per technical specification Clause 406 MORTH.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made interlocking paver block/designer paver tiles of M40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approverd size, design /shape liad in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of baby metal sand and filling the joints with coarse sand etc complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made interlocking paver block/designer paver tiles of M30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approverd size, design /shape liad in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of baby metal sand and filling the joints with coarse sand etc complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing GI mesh 6 mm gauge (diamond) fixed to structural frame work for fencing including cutting of wire mesh and welded with structural frame work including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lift sundries etc. complete, including applying one coat zinc chromate primer, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (cost of structural frame will be paid separately).

Providing and fixing 12mm dia Hilti Bolt or equivalent by drilling hole of 18 mm dia to a depth of 110mm to 200mm using chemical (HIT-HY 150 330/2 or equivalent 18 to 20 ml) including wastage to correct line and level complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes the cost of all materials, labour charges scaffolding charges etc.

Providing and fixing concertina coil with required dia 610mm (having 50 nos. found per 4 meter length) up to 3m height of wall with existing angle iron 'X' shaped placed and with 6 horizontal R.B.T stud tied with copper staples and G.I clips to retain standard shape. MS work shall be paid seperately. The rate shall also include all lead, lift, staging, etc. as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of PCC/ RCC works including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lift and lead of 5km, etc. complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling steel work in built-up sections with angles/ flats/ channels, etc. all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, rivets, welding, etc. including dismembering and stacking within 5km lead as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of concertina coils/ barbed wire, etc. in fencing/ compound wall including making rolls and stacking the same within 5km including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lift and lead of 5km, etc. complete and as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
