(SH: - 2.0 - CONCRETE WORK) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

WORK) Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M-25 grade conforming to IS 456 or IS 10262 for reinforced cement concrete structural elements,using coarse sand conforming to IS 383 and 20mm nominal size graded hard granite groken stones, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including admixtures in proportion of 0.5%of weight of cement (asper IS 9103) to accelerate,retard setting of concrete improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for trenches, drain etc Minimum cement content is 400Kg/m3.

Providing and supplying heavy duty injection adhesive for rebar fixing using Epoxy resin of 330/500ml HILTI HIT-RE 500 V3/or equivalent for fixing 12 mm dia rebar.Embedment depths of 120mm as mentioned from the Structural consultants, including supplying two component system consisting of resin and hardener in 3:1 ratio; filling above mentioned mortar with standard dispenser before inserting rebar strictly as per the manufacturers recommendations.The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturers recommendations.The chemical anchor shall carry ETA, COLA and DIBT approval and fire approval. C to +80 deg. C. The chemical should have an ETA approval for 100 years age testing. The fastening should be designed as per guidelines of TR 029. Drilling hole with double flute type drill bits/ hollow drill bits to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleaning with brush and jet of clean air, filling resin and hardener using serrated nozzle to eliminate mixing error with standard battery dispenser along with piston plug. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. The adequate embedment depth & number of anchors to be calculated as per the codal provision & the report to be submitted to the project manager/ design engineer for approval. For zones with high seismicity, seismic designs are mandatory.

(SH: - 4.0 - MASONRY WORK) Providing and constructing Solid concrete block masonry M-10 grade in C.M1:6(1cement, 6 coarse sand) with Solid blocks of 30x20x15 cm size and approved quality including scaffolding, raking out of joints,curing, cost and conveyance of all materials,labour, lead, lift, etc. complete for all types of masonry works in super structure above the highest plinth level as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

Solid block masonry M10 grade using pre cast sold blocks (Factory made) of size 40x20x10cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part 1 of 1979 for Super structure up to floor two level for 10 cm thick wall in: Cm 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of scaffolding etc complete

Extra for providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6mm dia. M.S. bars at every third course of half brick masonry including cost and conveyance of MS bars etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(SH: - 5.0. - JOINERY WORKS) Providing and fixing straight SSD580 sliding shower cubicle system with one fixed Set 1 panel and one sliding panel, consisting of glass in-line panel, glass sliding door, over hanging ball bearing rollers for sliding door, sliding door knob, pair of magnetic seal, magnetic support profile, door stopper, water disperser, wall connection profile, bracket for joining, glass protection seal, cover profile to clip into the bottom of the track, frame wedge, slide frame profile, frame bracket, cover profile angular, square profile and glass guide to guide the sliding door. Glass thickness for fixed and moving panels will be 8 mm with max door weight of 30 kgs. Fix panel and door panels overlap by approx 40 mm. Standard system height will be 2000 mm and width shall be 2500 mm maximum. Finish of rollers, door knob and all aluminium profiles should be polished chrome. Sealant shall be used at corners and bottom of fixed panel.

Providing and fixing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).The rate shall includes cost and conveyance of all materials,labour , lead, lift, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels. ( second class teak wood)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately,but inclluding cost for design and patterns as approved and all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) ( second class teak wood)

Second class teak wood 35 mm thick shutters for decorative doors

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal fire rated doors as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall have doors tested at CBRI for maximum rating of 2hrs tested . Individual Test certificates should also be available for glass used in vision lites confirming the required fire ratings /panels being a part of the fire door assembly. Doors should be finished in Thermosetting Powder Coating desired RAL Shades. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single & double leaf doors and Hardwares should pass European certificate "CE" of conformity / UL with required fire ratings. Any deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Door frame shall be double rebate profile of minimum size 153mm X 77 mm made out of 1.50mm minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. NDRF 153x77 Frames shall be Butt jointed and field assembled with self bolted. The frames should be finished with Thermosetting Powder Coating in desired RAL Shade. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Door leaf shall be minimum 49mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.00mm minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be Rockwool/ Honeycomb treated with Viper FRS 881 LH. All doors NSD 12049 shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturers recommendation with a beeding and screws from inside. However the glass should be clear 120 min fire rated Keralite of 5mm from Saint Gobain.The rate shall includes the cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges,lead,lift, fire rated hardware like SS ball bearing hinges - 02 Nos.in each panel, Magnetic catch , SS D type Pull handle etc. as directed by the Engineer in Charge at all levels.

SD1 - Duct door size 1200x2400mm with vision panel 200x300mm FR glass

SHD2 - Fire Duct Door size of 1000x1800mm with vision panel 300x300mm using 5mm thick FR glass

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately): For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work for doors ,windows& partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections & other sections of approved make confirming to IS:733 & IS:1285 fixed with rawl plugs & screws or with fixing clips including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions,at top,bottom & sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc.Aluminium sections shall be smooth,rust free,straight,mitred & jointed mechanically where ever required including cleat angle,aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling,cp brass/stainless steel screws,removing the stickers clearly all complete as per architectutral drawings & directions of Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.(glazing & panelling to be paid seperately).Minimum thickness of powder coating for powder coated Aluminium shall be 50 micron.

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer of approved make (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at all levels.

Sub floor on which the planks are being laid should be smooth, flat & hard & free from moisture, greases, etc . (SH: - 8.0 - CEILING SYSTEMS)- Baffle ceiling Aluminium, U-Baffle (50mm x 50mm) False Ceiling and vertical wall cladding Supplying and fixing Interior Aluminium Baffle Ceiling and vertical wall cladding of approved RAL colour consisting of U-Shaped Profiles 50mm wide x 5 thick Aluminium Alloy 3105 with inwardly returned edges of 6 -9mm. The baffle shall be manufactured on high speed, high precision roll forming machine with Hi configuration roller levelling process to ensure the flatness and to avoid the failure of metal at corners which may occur normally on press brake machine. Aluminium metal strip ceiling Design,Supply & Installation of Aluminium plain/wood grain finish Strip ceiling system at all levels for external /internal application complies with IS 875 part 3 1987 on wind loading, the same should be tested for and complying to a wind load resistance of minimum 1.2 kpa (as tested by an independent and competent authority) as per prevalent and in practice wind loading norms and procedures. The system consists of strip panel size 300mm X 3000mm and mimimum 30mm deep with bevel / square edge manufactured out of 0.7mm thick or above stove enameled coil coated on continuous paint line/ polyster powder coated and double baked, roll formed from corrossion resistant aluminum alloy AA3005/3003/3105, according to ASTM C635, ASTM E1264, EN 13964 and quality standards of TAIM e. The suspension system consists of clip -in profile shaped special secondary profile of 1 mm thick black coated galvanized steel of 5mtrs of suitable size, shape and strength shall be used to support the strip panel up to 3 meter, positioned at maximum 150mm distance from both ends of the panel and inbetween at a maximum distance of 750mm c/c. Connecting clips or nuts/bolts of galvanized steel is used to connect primary and secondary profiles. The profile suspension clip of galvanized steel to join the primary angle to threaded suspension rod of 8mm with ceiling brackets and necessary fasteners/ Panel shall be clipped to a baked enamelled Aluminium carrier of 41.5 mm wide x 62 mm deep x 0.95 mm thick in standard length of 5 mtrs, positioned at maximum 150 mm distance from both ends of the panels and in between at maximum distance of 750mm c/c. Panel carrier shall be fixed by means of M8 nut bolts at 550 mm c/c to the suitable substructure provided by others or equivalent, in accordance with Manufacture's specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.The panels shall be individually locked with the provision available in the panel carrier. The system shall be installed in line and level and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The threaded rod will be suspended from the slab/purlins/ substructure with necessary fasteners with expansion bolts at 1200mm c/c maximum and the primary profile spaced at 1200mm c/c maximum and secondary profile spaced at 750mm c/c maximum. The strip panels shall be inserted on the clip-in profile carrier. The panel should be rolled formed with square / bevelled edges decided as per the site mock up and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. The aluminium strip panels shall be weather - fast, dirt retending and scratch resistant of 0.7mm thickness or above shall be polyster powder coated on continuous paint line with minimum 80 microns/stove enamelled coil coated with minimum of 30 microns with 20% gloss with premium plain colour or wood finishes. The suspension system consisting of carrier, hanger, threaded rod, perimeter profile/ edge trim, security clips etc. shall be provided in accordance with approved Manufacture's standard specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The suspension system shall be consists of secondary carrier 1mm thick galvanized steel, primary L carrier 30x30x2mm galvanized steel and hanger 20x70x2mm threaded rod 8mm, C shaped perimeter profile 20x40x20mm and 0.7mm thick edge profile or equivalent, in accordance with Manufacture's specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose and should ensure guarantee for proper installation, material composition & quality performance of both ceiling panels and supporting system for a period of 10 years from the date of completion of the said work. The measurement shall be taken along the girth on the bottom side of the ceilings, in square meters and deductions shall be made for all openings exceeding 0.4 sqm in area.The structural steel work required for this work will be paid in the respective item seperately.

PLAIN ALUMINIUM GRID CEILING Design, supply & Installation of plain Aluminium Lay In Tile ceilings system at all levels and consists of tile size; 600mm x 600mm x 10mm deep manufactured out of 0.7mm aluminium alloy AA3105/3003/3005, Lay-in Plain Tile False Ceiling on 15mm ‘T’ Framework of module 600mm x 600mm. Ceiling section of 0.5mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457mm centres. 12.5mm moisture resistant tapered edge Gypsum board (conforming to IS-2095- part 1: 2011)is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm dry wall screws at 230mm centres. The vertical/slanting portion between different levels shall also be provided with12.5mm Moisture resistant gypsum board panels fixed by means of 25x10x0.5mm GI angle sections and ceiling sections as specified. The rate shall also include the cost of making openings/cutout of any shape and fixing light fittings, grills, diffusers, etc. made with frame of perimetre channels as per drawing and finishing the edges as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Ceiling height can be upto 6m.The supporting system may be provided with additional supports, for any additional height and cost of such additional supports will be paid separately under relevent item.The cost of putty and painting shall be measured and paid under relavent item. Providing and applying two or more coats PU finish( Matt, semi glossy, glossy )to give a smooth finish on wood/ply/veneer work over two coats of PU sealer. The surface is suitably cleaned using sand paper, filling of grains with wood filler and dent filler, applying approved wood stain as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge for getting required shade ,applying 2 coats of PU sealer ,sanding the surface after applying PU sealer and applying 2 coats of PU top coat complete as per the technical specification of manufacturer and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall includes the cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

(SH:-13.0- WATER PROOFING WORKS) Providing and applying 2 coats two component acrylic polymer modified elastomeric cementitious water proof coating on roof slab , gutter ,OHT,inside of trenches,basement floors,lift pit etc.. etc which shall be mixed as per manufacture's technical specification, after thoroughly cleaning the surface by mechanical means to making it free of any loose mortar,unsound substrate,"V" grooves cut along the construction joints, cracks and joints of slab/wall on the external face and the same shall be filled with polymermodified mortar( CM 1:3 mixed with approved water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by the manufacturers), cracks in the slab (if any), pressure grouting wherever necessary by injecting mixed with approved expanding agent using pressure grouting pump with a pressure of 3 to 4kg/sqm ,strictly maintaining the coverage specified by the manufacturer, including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The above work shall be carried out by an agency having sufficient experience in membrane water proofing and should ensure a guarantee of 10 years. Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.)

Providing and applying of swellable type water stop tape, 19mm x 25mm thick in linear meter (expansive nature) for construction joints treatment of RCC structure such as raft slab, retaining walls, water storage tank and at the junctions of raft slab with the retaining walls etc.. After cleaning the surface, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape shall be applied throughout the length of the joint @3.78 litre per 240 running meter. Over the primed surface swellable type water stop tape shall be placed. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.

Providing and laying PVC membrane waterproofing system in horizontal plane including adjustment layer to take up any surface irregularities of the substrate, in order to avoid any imperfections or foreign particles damaging the waterproof layer. It shalll composed of geotextile, weight of 300 g/m2, laid in dry conditions with edge overlap of 10/15 cm. Synthetic membrane of plasticized PVC, 2mm thick of approved manufacturer shall conform to the physical and chemical properties such as: Elongation at break (300%) UNI EN ISO 527-3 or equivalent, Ultimate Tensile Strength ( 16.7 N/mm²), Puncture resistance ( 1100mm) DIN 16726-5.12 or equivalent, Hydrostatic pressure Waterproof UNI EN 1928 resistance (6 hours at 5 bar) or equivalent. Double seam welding of PVC waterproofing membrane joints shall be pressure tested to 2 bars of 10 minutes .The waterproofing project to be divided into sectors if required and it is composed of shaped joints of PVC and it is welded to the existing waterproof liner. The rate shall be inclusive of providing and laying protection layer of non-woven 300gsm geo-textile membrane over the laid PVC waterproof membrane system, followed by a cement mortar screed of 50mm thick over the top layer of geo-textile membrane to facilitate the placing and tying of reinforcement bars of raft and all pressure release mechanism etc complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.(The above work shall be carriedout by an agency having sufficient experience in membrane water proofing and should ensure a guarantee of 5 years). Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.

Providing and Iaying PVC membrane waterproofing system over the vertical side for vertical wall,Installing geotextile of 300gsm as correction layer, over the vertical side of the wall before installation PVC membrane 2mm thick of approved manufactor shall conform to the physical and chemical properties such as: Elongation at break (300%) UNI EN ISO 527-3 or equivalent, Ultimate Tensile Strength ( 16.7 N/mm²), Puncture resistance ( 1100mm) DIN 16726-5.12 or equivalent, Hydrostatic pressure Waterproof UNI EN 1928 resistance (6 hours at 5 bar) or equivalent on vertical side, providing and fixing suitable arrangement for fixing mechanically onto the vertical wall to hold the membrane in vertical position against sagging due to self weight of the membrane and without damaging the PVC membrane and providing and Installing 2mm thick synthetic membrane of plasticized PVC with double seam welding of PVC waterproofing membrane joints and pressure testing of the same to 2 bars up to 10 minutes and with compartmentalization by welding PVC water stop with welding fins at all construction joints and at strategic locations to make a compartment of 200 sqmtrs pre installed with required number of injection flanges in every compartment fitted with inlet / outlet pipe and surface access box. The cost shall include the cost for providing and Installing a minimum protection layer of 300gsm or 25mm thick EPS protection boards over the vertically installed PVC waterproofing membrane, on the vertical face of the retaining wall to act as a protection layer against backfill and all pressure release mechanism etc complete as directed by the Engineer In Charge. (The above work shall be carried out by an agency having sufficient experience in membrane water proofing and should ensure a guarantee of 5 years). Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose. Only external surface area of retaining wall will be measured.)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling aluminium/Gypsum/ply/acrylic/glass /compact laminate/polycarbonate partitions, fixed glazing, cladding and false ceiling including glass wool & suspension system including dismantling of terminals like light fixtures/ sprinklers/difusers/grills etc ,conduits,wires etc at all levels and disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 5km lead or CIAL store as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing R.C.C work, including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 5KM lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of external facade / Aluminium curtain wall glazing and taking out DGU /Spandrel glass unit from glass assembly and staking the same safely in approved location without damaging the existing structure including supporting members, stacking within the Airport premises including all labour charges,lead,lift,scaffoldings etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

Providing vibrationless accurate wet cutting of RCC slabs of all thicknessfor making openings at all levels with medium to heavy-duty, high performance remote controlled diamond hydraulic cutting machines with the assitance of blades using all tools and tackles complete, without any disturbance to the adjacent structure and including lowering of cut pieces using suitable arrangement like chain pulley block for safe lowering onto ground, breaking and separating of debris from reinforcement, handling of cutpieces and cordoning and dust proof the area properly and with necessary formwork to support the existing structure including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, lead lift , etc. complete and disposal of material within 5km lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Plan area of the slab to be measured for payment. Any damage to the adjacent structure shall be corrected without any additional cost upto the satisfaction of Engineer in charge. The above work shall be carried out by an agency having sufficient experience and only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose.

Dismantling of flexible pavement ( bituminous courses ) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilo metre, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge: WBM/ WMM/GSB

Cleaning and removal of slush/debris /water from existing sump depth up to 4.0m by after closing the inlet valves and plugging any holes in the steining by engaging labours, bailing out water using pumset of suitable capacity, lifting the excavated silt/mud/clay using ropes, pulleys and buckets and disposing the same to the out side of CIAL premises from thesump, including engaging coolies cluding hire and conveyance of tools and plant etc complete and as per the directions of the engineer in charge

Dismantling of existing gutter lining with required accessories etc without damaging the existing roofing sheet by making temporary working arrangement for executing the work and disposal to dumping yard within 5 km lead including all labour charges,lead,lift,scaffoldings etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

Dismantling existing baggage conveyor system including dismembering entire system including steel work ,all related accessories including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, sutting rivets, welding etc. incluing dismembering and stacking within the cial premises as directed by engineer in charge.
