Supplying, 3½ core120 Sq.mm heavy duty PVC insulated PVC sheathed AUG Power cable with Aluminium conductor of best conductivity aluminium 1.1 KV Grade strictly conforming to IS 1554 (Part 1 – 1964).

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required - Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm.

Supplying, 3½ core185 Sq.mm heavy duty PVC insulated PVC sheathed AUG Power cable with Aluminium conductor of best conductivity aluminium 1.1 KV Grade strictly conforming to IS 1554 (Part 1 – 1964).

Supplying, 4 core 25sq.mm heavy duty PVC/XLPE insulated PVC sheathed AUG Power cable with Aluminium conductor of best conductivity aluminium 1.1 KV Grade strictly conforming to IS 1554 (Part 1 – 1964).

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A, tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer) as required. (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.) - 12 way (4 + 36), Double door.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, (three phase and neutral), 415 V, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required - 63 A.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required - 100 A.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required - Triple pole,.

Supplying and fixing 250 x 25 x 3 mm tinned copper bench including suitably bended for fixing on wall and necessary drilled holes for connecting earth wire, etc. complete.

Including pit at both ends of required depth etc. complete.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 2.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required - Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required - 3½ X 185 sq. mm (57mm).

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required - 4 X 25 sq. mm (28mm).

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required - 3½ X 35 sq. mm (32mm).

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required - Upto 35 sq. mm.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Fabricating, supply and installing MCCB type interior panel board of 415V, 50Hz dust and vermin proof using 16SWG sheet steel construction on angle iron frame work, the board shall be fabricated incorporating incoming and outgoing MCCBs with thermal magnetic release having adjustable OL & SC and of suitable rated ultimate short circuit breaking capacity (Icu = 25/35/ 50kA) cable entry wire way boxes, bus bars and inter connections are to be done with rigid copper conductors with sleeves and marked with RYB colour including supply and fixing 3Nos. pilot lamp with toggle switch MF meter (V,A,PF etc.) base mount 3 phase energy meter , danger notice, identification marks for switches and giving earthing etc complete. (permission for terminating 1 x 3.5 x 300 sq.mm cable at the incomer using spreads etc shall be made). The board shall be painted 2 coats of enameled Paint over one coats of metal primer consisting the following: 1) 1No.400A 4 pole MCCB (Icu = 50kA) with miror processor based release having adjustable OL & SC as incomer, 2) 2 Nos.250A 4 pole MCCB as outgoing, 3) 2 Nos.. 125A 4 pole MCCB as outgoing, 4) 2Nos. 100A 4 pole MCCB outgoing, 5) 1 No. 800A TPN 415V busbar supporting on SMC insulators with heat shrinking RYB coloured sleeves.
