Construction of New West Terminal Building after the demolition of existing West Terminal Building, associated Passenger Amenities, Services and Utilities including all Civil, Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Water Supply, Sanitary, ACS (Access Control System), BMS (Building Management System), Cabling, Cable Tray, Raceways, HDPE Pipe works, CCTV, Earthing, Fire Alarm System, Fire Fighting, Flood Light Fixtures, HT Panels, Busduct, HVAC, LAN, Lifts, Escalators, Lightning Protection, Lights, Fans, Public Adress System, Panels, DBs, Security System, Transformers, UPS, DG, Electrical Wiring/ Accessories, etc and its associated works” on Sub Contract Basis in Connection with Re-Development of Ernakulam Junction Railway Station at Ernakulam, Kerala. (Total cost of Building including all works required for completion and commissioning of New West Terminal Building as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, Approved Construction Drawings, Technical Specifications, Terms and Conditions etc of Tender Document)
